Wish I had read the reviews on Customer Service before placing an order

I ordered a Father Christmas hollow vegan chocolate figure circa £7. plus postage £11 it is what you do for a young grandchild with allergies. I received a box with a tiny chocolate bar which are sold I now know direct from the manufacturer and can purchase 6 of those bars for the price of 1 sent out by this company. I filled out the form as there is no contact number and after 1 week no contact other than the original computer generated email.

Avoid this company

There is no attempted action to post the goods.
No response to emails.
Royal Mail Tracking says we are awaiting your package, even though 2 emails from Naturitas has said that it has been dispatched.

Inadequate service, think twice before place an order at Naturitas

My experience is the same as many other reviews. Inadequate service. I placed my order 10 days ago, and I still waiting for it. No updates or emails from the company to apologise, or advise on what the issues are. No way to contact them by phone. Sorry, I won’t be back, and suggest other customers think twice.

Bad customer service

Title: Arrived damaged, leaking bottle, zero proper support – avoid

I placed an order with Naturitas and received the product in a completely unusable condition: the bottle was leaking, the brown liquid had drenched the packaging and the parcel contents. I submitted photographic evidence immediately and opened a complaint ticket. Over two weeks later I received only a generic response: “If you didn’t receive the parcel check with your post office.” They ignored the fact I had received it damaged.

I had to reorder elsewhere due to their delay and lack of resolution. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund and for clear instructions whether to return the damaged item — they still haven’t confirmed either. This is unacceptable.

As a customer with significant experience in customer service, this level of disregard would not be tolerated in any professional environment. Until Naturitas fixes its handling of damaged goods and refund processes, I strongly caution anyone not to purchase from them.

Scam. Avoid.

Item marked as dispatched. Royal Mail tracking 48 hours advise awaiting item. Clearly a scam. Dispute raised with PayPal. Hopefully I’ll receive a refund. Looking at the reviews this is a fraudulent company,

Sorry honey.......

I ordered two 1 kilo jars of honey from Naturitas. co.uk
Sadly, one of the jars was smashed during delivery. I emailed Naturitas to inform them of the damage and supplied an image at their request. I politely said that I looked forward to a replacement jar of honey. I received a reply stating that they were un-able to supply me with a replacement jar of honey but would refund me for the damage. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted that which I ordered..honey. I wrote another email but was fobbed off. I did receive payment for the honey but NOT the postage. Sorry, this is shabby service in my opinion. It leaves me without honey and out of pocket.

Appalling customer service

Placed order and a couple of days or so later, I was sent a link to track my order with a 48 hour delivery deadline. The link said royal mail were expecting the parcel and it remained that way for about 5 days. The tracking link was sent twice and the parcel didn't arrive until 7 days after the 1st tracking link was sent.

Whilst I was waiting for the parcel, I tried to email the company. After searching the website I found a contact form but no email address for the company. You have to use their antiquated contact form. I received an automated reply but no further, proper reply to my query.

I'm just glad that I actually received the products, although I suspect thst the emails with postage tracking links are sent days before products are actually dispatched

Really poor customer service and this is my 1st and last time that I will use this company

Amazing potential, peculiar running

Seems to many low reviews on here, I wish I'd read them before ordering, then trying several times to communicate with them, in a logical, productive manner.

First issue:
Cancelled my order without explanation. Both items were in stock on the website when the order was made.

Second issue.
You can't directly email them.
I managed to find an email for them, but was asked not to use it again.

Third issue:
The only way to contact them is by their contact form. It's like a phone call to a large company, if your query is about this, press this. If your query type doesn't exist, you have no means of contacting us! It's a very prescriptive form, with no flexibility for many real query types. There's also no means to upload an attachment, so you can't explain anything with a product image etc. I tried three times to get through the contact form's pre-questions, but never made through.

I don't understand why any company could plan to run like this, it's not logical for stability, nor growth.

I always give people/companies chance to change/improve, and truly want them to succeed. Hopefully they can, but they need to listen to the problems first, and be willing to the put hard work in, like any successfully company. I use constructive reviews like this, to empower companies to change

Was wary but went ahead and it worked out well!

I was very wary about ordering from this company due to the trust pilot reviews but as I was protected by using my credit card I went ahead as this was the best price for the product I wanted and was not easy to source. I cannot fault the service and I received my package within a week.
I will be happy to use this company again.

I wrote a few month ago a 1 star review as Naturitas had problems over the summer month to deliver well.BUT they changed back to the perfect service, they had before, so I cancelled my review and want to give them again the 5 stars, as it works perfect, very good service

I ordered from Naturitas last month and…

I ordered from Naturitas last month and then panicked when I saw the reviews here. I thought I had just lost my money but the order arrived perfectly packaged and with a Royal Mail tracking number too. So I ordered again a week ago and the order arrived today a little earlier than expected. Not sure what’s going wrong with everyone else but I will likely place more orders.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could! I was so excited to find gluten free products and paid well over INfLATED PRICES FOR THEM. When they arrived 3 weeks later they were ALL at least 5 months past the expiration date -What a waste of money and food. If I don't gete a refund I'm not going to stop here...

What has gone wrong with Naturitas

I used to have a good customer experience with Naturitas but not recently. My recent experience is the same as many other reviews. Placed my order, promised latest delivery 11 days later. That came and went. No updates or emails from the company to apologise, or advise on what the issues were. They have removed all customer service access so no way to contact them. It was only when I badged a senior employee I found on Linked-In did I see any traction. My items arrived 2 weeks after latest promised delivery date with no explanation or apology. Sorry, I won’t be back, and suggest other customers think twice.

Appalling

Appalling. My order is now 4 weeks overdue. I have had no response to my last 3 emails. The tracking link I have been provided doesn't work, and last I heard, my order hadn't even been shipped. I have asked for clarification or refund, but they have gone silent since. I absolutely cannot recommend this shop.a

Very poor customer support

Very poor customer support. I’ve ordered some products from them. After almost two weeks of waiting, I’ve received an email saying they’ve cancelled 2 products because they are out of stock and the order is delayed with a couple of days.
No phone number to contact them, no response to emails. The form to contact them is not working. I had to leave in holiday without my supplements. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend them at all.

Very very poor customer service

Very very poor customer service. I ordered some organic makeup for my sisters wedding (I have health issues and react to the chemicals in regular makeup). I allowed plenty of time (over two weeks) for it to arrive and was sent a delivery date (but no tracking info) within this window. Two days before the wedding and ten days after the promised delivery date, it still hasn’t arrived, so I need to go and buy a replacement somewhere else. I email them twice and ask them to cancel my order (which still hasn’t been sent). They totally ignore my emails and then a week later send me a notification that my package has been sent! I am still trying to arrange a return and refund but they will not deal with my request and the ‘contact us’ form on their site keeps crashing (no phone number). Appallingly slow delivery X terrible customer service X Very difficult to contact X AVOID at all costs
