Product never sent

Product never sent, vague email saying sorry for the experience with no actual details on when the stuff I bought would be sent, and no actual offer of resolution either. The reply to my complaint was clearly written by AI, and had some random Spanish paragraph still left in the email they sent, so no one had even bothered to proof-read their AI slop.
Clearly whoever runs this shop simply doesn't care about their business. Waiting a day to see if they reply to me with an actual human response and then requesting money back through Paypal as it's been nearly 3 weeks since my order and supposedly they haven't even sent it yet when they said it was meant to arrive today. Wasn't like that product was cheap, either.

I've given four stars for the three…

I've given four stars for the three weeks wait (but, considering the company is in Girona, Spain I can understand it) and problems with delivery to the point I thought I had been scammed(the driver claiming the address was incorrect and sending it back to sender, which I thought was back to Girona, Spain! ). Turned out it was back to the Royal Mail depot which initially used a subcontractor who got confused with the address. All is well that ends well.

Difficult to get in touch with them!

Disappointed! My 3rd time ordering from them . The waiting time it’s ridiculous but regardless, the products are good. My issue is how to get in touch with them because the contact form doesn’t work and one product from my order it’s missing!
Short update to my previous message
I managed to get in touch with them via one of the promo emails sent by them and they solved my issue quickly! So must be the app and that customer form that are faulty!
Very helpful! And quick response from them! They refunded me!

I've ordered from them three or four…

I've ordered from them three or four times.The first tine went smoothly,but the others were far from trouble-free.My most recent order never even arrived.Now I'm trying to get my money back,but their customer service is absolutelyuseless.I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from them!!!

Fraudulent activity

Update: I reported them to trading standards and also got a full refund from my bank.
If you paid via debit card, you can speak to your bank regarding a chargeback. A chargeback is when your card provider asks the trader’s bank to refund the money to your account. Ask for chargeback within 120 days (about 4 months) of when you paid or noticed the problem. You won't be able to ask if you noticed the problem more than 540 days (about 18 months) after you paid. Good luck!

I used them a couple of times and everything went ok, yes the delivery was slow but I never cared for that, as long as the costumer service is good!
My last order was very badly packed and 2 jars of mackerel cracked in the box, I sent pictures to the costumer service on Monday and nobody has followed up, just total silence.
To me that's bad enough to stop buying form them altogether.

What an awful company - Avoid at all cost

What an awful company. Paid almost £50 for my sport supplements two weeks ago with a promised date (their words not mine) of 20th June and its been showing as Status: in-preparation ever since. They don't respond to emails or answer their phones. You just get an automated message saying they are too busy. I'm days away from contacting my credit card company and requesting a chargeback.

Oh my goodness what a fool I have been…

Oh my goodness what a fool I have been to order with this dodgy company. I ordered with them 3 weeks ago and paid over £17 carriage apparently based on weight of order. It said delivery would be by 9th June which was quite slow but seemed fine. Its now 18th June, no responses from them just an email to say they have cancelled 3 out of stock products after the expected delivery date which should mean I pay less carriage but all my communication with them has been ignored and I still have no delivery now im thinking they have scammed me. I will report them. Nobody should be led to use this fake company please...

I placed an order for a prescription to go with a diet and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting for my order. The customer service is very unhelpful and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend anybody to shop from this website, specially if you need your order to arrive on time.

Very poor service

Very poor service. I ordered food for my puppy on19/05. I received nothing. Today is 05/06 and they still don’t deliver and answer me. I try to message them few times. My puppy went without food because of them. Yesterday they canceled my order. Now I have placed an order with another company and I will wait a long time again because the delivery is from another country! This is very unprofessional. Never use again! communication 0 and no way to contact with them! Unacceptable service.

Very concerned about the reviews....

Was quite concerned when I read the reviews for this company but they unfounded. My product arrived on the delivery date the reason for the four stars, they didn't send a confirmation email but when I checked on the website I found all my account details.

everything is ok

I need to change my review. I wrote the previous one out of emotion. The delivery arrived one day after the promised date (12 May), which is acceptable.

Earlier, I saw some negative reviews and got upset, thinking the company might be a scam, but I guess it's not, since I did receive the product.

Worst company that lies about sending…

Worst company that lies about sending out your parcel and sends out fake tracking links. It’s painful trying to get them to respond to queries and for refunds. It’s a shame, I would have ordered regularly as they have nice products but they are so awful.

Horrible service

Horrible service – I placed an order over two weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. The estimated delivery dates have already passed. I contacted them and they only sent me the Royal Mail tracking link (which hasn’t been updated for over a week).
I’ve emailed them more than three times and keep getting the same template response over and over again.
I’m starting to think this might be a scam and I am thinking about contacting regulators

I heartily recommend it to everyone!

I was afraid to order because I read so many negative reviews, but I was absolutely positively disappointed.
The package arrived quickly.
All products were packed carefully with environmentally friendly solutions.

We love Lanzarote and buy aloe products there every year. I was happy to find my favourite body lotion, liquid soap and toothpaste here as it allows me to fly back to the island for a while when I can smell the scents.

I heartily recommend it to everyone!

Company only shipped part of my order

Company only shipped part of my order. The second part hasn't been dispatched and it's been a week now (Royal Mail tracking says they're still waiting to receive the parcel from the company). Company's response to my enquiry is that I need to take it up with the local post office! Absolutely disgraceful. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Terrible Service products from china

Terrible Service – Avoid This Company!

I had a horrible experience with this company. My order was not delivered on time, and when I tried to contact customer service, they were completely unhelpful and unresponsive. They kept giving vague excuses and never provided a real solution.

To make matters worse, the product was sourced from a Chinese manufacturer (prosecutor from China), which was not disclosed beforehand. The lack of transparency and poor communication make this company highly unreliable.

I do not recommend buying from them. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!
