First time ordering from Naturitas, and I’m delighted with their service and the products that arrived this morning.

I was a little concerned initially, after reading the reviews of this company on here. But, honestly, every part of the process has been brilliant, including the ongoing communication.

Whatever may have gone on in the past, all I can give Naturitas is 5*s today.

⛔️ AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Messaged them TWICE regarding a discount code they display on their app which is invalid. Ignored both times then realised they did me a favour with their non-existant customer service as I've just seen 95% of their feedback is 1 star. Just uninstall and purchasing all my products elsewhere

I ordered a product in bulk (DAO enzyme) and received it with a ridiculously short expiry date of only 8-9 months. Customer service took ages to respond only to say I should consume one capsule a day and finish them before expiry. Needless to say, this will be my first and last order on this site and I will contact my card company about the transaction.

After reading comments I was scared but my order came alright. It took about 9 days to UK after I placed order. So I’m happy with my order. In the future I’m gonna order again.

After reading reviews on bad delivery and not receving there order.
They advised my delivery for the 22nd.,no delivery,thought it was now scam .so wrong order arrived 23rd. All present and correct.
Happy with the service.
Hoping next order is all as good.

I love the range of unique products that Naturitas has. I bought from them Sardines in organic extra virgin olive oil (in a glass container), goat ghee butter, raw macadamia and other products. It arrived in 9 days to the UK. Before buying I have read the reviews here and saw a few negative reviews, due to which I paid with a credit card which has buyer protection. Thankfully I have received my order quickly and I received all products. I hope that other people will also have a positive experience like I did.

Order placed. 2 days later a tracking number from Royal Mail received by email. A week on no delivery and the tracking on Royal Mail still says “we’re expecting it. The sender has advised they have dispatched your item to Royal Mail”. One email address is sending automated replies (including at 1am when I am sure no one is working) saying they acknowledge my email and have “a high number of contact” and will be in touch “as soon as possible”. the orders email address bounces back! Very frustrating. If I hear nothing in the next 48 hours I will contact my bank to recall the money. Wish I’d read these reviews first!

Not even worth one star - very very annoyed as received an order of products I never ordered and the app thinks I received my order all fine but I haven’t got the products I actually ordered. Total waste of time and money - nobody responds to my emails and there’s no contact telephone number

Absolutely gutted

7 days after placing the order it still did not reach the transporter.

Only half my order arrived. The real problem is - there’s no customer service - nobody will respond or deal with the problem. Eventually I got a refund from PayPal but only because they didn’t even respond to them and the case timed out. Wish I’d read reviews here first. Won’t use again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! i ordered a facial scrub and looked as it was opened and used by someone else. They do not answer any emails, they do not do anything about it.

Unable to return item unless I paid a fortune. Unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. Wish I hadn't ordered from them.

I've read the reviews after I made an order with Naturitas, I was worried that I've lost my money... however I was surprised when I got my order nicely packaged, in a perfect condition, normal time and with royal mail. nothing wrong with it and I'm so pleased, can't ask for more.

I should have trusted the previous reviews about this website. I was sent a wrong product. I have asked for a refund, we'll see if they respond. i'll change my rating based on the outcome of the customer service experience.

They have refunded me after 2 days, no questions asked.
didnt get my item, but happy to get my money back.

Untrustworthy.. ignoring my request for a refund or replacement for damaged goods. I have tracked the return.
DON’T RISK IT!!!!

Placed an order and the voucher code did not work. Item is then not in stock despite plenty of inventory when ordering so doesn't get dispatched. Try to cancel and then the item suddenly disappears.

Emailed customer service (who use Google docs as their main source of contact, with no copy for the customer), and all I get is

"Hello Scott,

Thank you for your confidence in Naturitas🌿!

We are aware that you have contacted us.

Currently 😊, we have a very high volume of contact and our Customer Service team is working to get in touch with you as soon as possible.

We appreciate your understanding.

Best regards"

This includes a response to a request for a subject access request. No acknowledgement from the DPO and no response from email to the CEO or via Linkedin.

Like another Girona based company, Tradeinn (and associated brands), they lure customers in with low prices then bump up the total price with exorbitant delivery charges using Spring GDS. Avoid.

The customer service is a waste of time because no one answers anything. Buying from them is very risky. Returns and cancellations ha ha ha do not exist. Everything is automated. Avoid and don't think is cheaper. You will receive a large amount to pay tax

I have ordered in the past and had no issues until now. They sent me someone else's order. Contacting them is proving futile as have not heard back.There's a form to complete but it's been over a week now.
A mistake is not a problem but not being able to rectify it is unacceptable as I'm left with products I did not order.

I was going to order my usual capsules from them as they were slightly cheaper. Then I got to the delivery charge £147. Are they having a laugh? Absolutely ridiculous! Where are they coming from? The moon?

Misleading advertisement! 0 customer support! They sent the wrong order and I can’t get my money back as no one is responding, also they are not UK based.
