The whole system was well designed and easy to assemble. I would have given 5 stars except the videos didn't have voice instructions. Instead it was just video. Sometimes this was hard to understand.
Great Mower
Great Mower, set up was great, great tutorials. The mower does have trouble leaving the charging station and following the designated channel. It seams to follow the channels between mowing zones more accurately.

Haven’t been able to use the lawnmower…
Haven’t been able to use the lawnmower in over a week after purchase. The lawnmower will not charge, and because of that the software cannot be updated. Customer support is horrible. The worst I’ve seen in a very long time. No updates, and constantly lying about the situation.
My mower is not here
My mower is not here. It’s nowhere to be found. $3000 and zero communications. Sweet.

A-Mowing machine
It was a little challenging setting up the boundaries, but overall it is mowing great,
I set it up Sunday and did its first mow and since then it has did 3 scheduled mows without any difficulty. I am holding out on purchasing the fence gate until possibly they upgrade the fence to solar power to charge the batteries instead of replacing 4 batteries ever few months.
Have not received mower.

It’s been two weeks since I ordered my x430 and it hasn’t shipped yet and I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone from navimow, this has been beyond frustrating your ai chat is garbage and your 1800 number keeps hanging up my calls. I can’t imagine what kind of hell it will be if I ever have an issue with your product. Maybe I made a wrong choice and should had purchased a lumps instead.
Neat idea, doesn’t work
I tried for more than a week to get this to work with my yard, but it encounters constant issues. It constantly gets stuck, and I do not think my yard is particularly treacherous. It gets stuck getting on and off the sidewalk, for example. Just not worth the hassle
Not Easy and Not Good
Day one - The mower wanted to connect to my phone by bluetooth and to the network by w-fi. It took a while to connect both. After it did, it wanted to update. Clicking on update led to a screen that said it was on the latest version. Clicking on that screen led back to the message asking to update. The rest of the day was spent going back and forth on all available buttons. The mower refused to mow!
Day two - The mower changed its mind and decided that it wasn't actually on the latest version and wanted to update for real this time. Clicking on update led to a new screen that said it wasn't connected to a network. Most of the day was spent trying to get it to connect. I moved the mower and its charge station from outside to inside the house. After eight hours the mower connected on its own and updated.
Late in the evening I took it back outside to map the yard. The auto mapping feature mapped a small part of the yard and quit. After deleting the tiny map, I had to manually map the yard (700 squared meters). When done, the mower would not mow. It said the map was too big. I divided the map into smaller zones, but it still refused to mow even the smallest one. The mower refused to mow!
Day three - The mower decided that the map was ok after all. I set it to mow a zone and it went. When done I noticed the grass wasn't cut, not even the dandelions. Sent it again and peaked under to see that the blades were not spinning. Decided to test the remote control option and found that the blades could spin (not broken) when used by remote.
Late in the evening I sent it to mow in a different zone. The mower finally mowed!!!
Day four - The little plastic garage finally arrived. It is top heavy and falls over. The anchors are not very good. I will buy new anchors to force it to stay upright.
Conclusion: I am mad. I await in anxiety to see what new problem it will have next weekend. :(

On line chat was very slow in response and after multiple attempts I gave up.
Does not mow the entire yard
Does not mow the entire yard. Avoids weeds like wild flowers. Avoids clumped grasses. Even on efficient mode, slow as molasses. You don’t advertise that it will take two full days to cut two acres. App needs a map smoothing function or for AI to correct for steering issues while mapping.
Navimow is not for me
Upon set up of my Navimow, I learned that I was unable to dock it in the location that wanted. The instructions said I needed a 6 foot circumference around it. After alot of frustration, I decided to return it. At first, I received a partial refund. After my initial review. Navimow agreed to refund the rest of my money. The return and refund process does take a while (over 2 weeks). At least I got my money back. Hopefully they make some changes to their purchase process. It would be good to fully inform buyers of the setup requirements prior to purchase. I probably will try another brand, but I will buy from somewhere that will be easier to return if need be (Home Depot or Lowes).
