Great product and great customer service

Excellent! I love it - easy to set up and control from my phone - no wires and the app lets you know if there’s any issue eg change the blades etc - my lawn is really green and healthy !

I had a software problem, and Navimow went out of their way to try and help. Even after it was solved, they checked to see if things were still all right.

Brilliant machine.
Does a wonderful job.

I'm using the device in a house that is 360km away.
Since Easter, it works every second day without problems.
This is a great result compare with its wire based predecessors.

The I105 cuts well, the straight cuts & non random sequence is great.
This review would have been 5 stars but for the wheels which are hard plastic & don't grip on a hard boarder, I even bought the off road wheels which are a bit better but still hard plastic, if the wheels were rubber & had some grip 5 stars.

Mowing good. App looks good.

Product should be more robust. Gets stuck easily. Needs more traction/larger wheels/ better gearing. Parts need replacement frequently. Overall - too fragile and needs too much attention and supervivion for this price.

The connection to my mower i105 was broken. I opened a ticket via app and within minutes I received an answer. After sending fotos and invoice to prove that I was really a customer, no further questions were asked. 2 day later I received a new cable, replaced the defect one and everything worked fine. I have no complains - great support, quick help

My H3000 is working precisely, seems to be high-end quality. Although I would like a little better traction, as this mower tends to get stuck sometimes on flat but not perfect even ground, even under dry conditions.
Overall manages well our fairly complex conditions of the rather large lot.
Evaluated after almost 3 years experience.

Generally the robot does its' work. (4 points).

The app is pretty good, well structured and easy to handle. (5 points).

Negative:
However, the robot does not detect obstacles and keeps running against them rather then bypassing them. (1 point).

The battery capacity is insufficient to mow only 114 sqm. During each and every mowong process the robot interrupts mowing and returns to the station to reload. This is disappointing. (1 point).

Also, cutting the rim of lawn is not satisfactory. (2 points).

Unfortunately, the programming isn't good enough to cover a few square meters. Sometimes it just keeps turning, drives 3 meters, then turns back... It's a total mess—the neighbors are laughing their heads off.

the App Ex extreme good in the Overview and very simple to handle. I use the second way in the third year and it works very reliable.

I like this device, which can be used without cables and does its job reliably.
