Ordered a Helium miner Apr 12, 2021, each time I reached out to cancel me order I get lied to about delivery. Because of the way I ordered it through amazon pay I was not able to get a refund through amazon , each time I reached out I would wait several months and try again. Complete scam, dishonest business practices. Amazing that this company is still in business.

Scammers, con-artists, rip-off merchants (in my opinion). Took 17 months to receive my miner, and it only finally arrived because I requested to cancel the order and refund my money. LITERALLY 20 minutes later, I received a notification that my order was going to be shipped the next day, and as a result, could no longer be cancelled. This is after months of chasing them for an update, with no response, via various means of communication. After shipping, customer service stated that they'd have refunded me if I had requested it before they shipped it, but when I provided proof that I had, they brushed it off and denied receiving it, even though they'd responded to it.

I'm waiting for a Nebra indoor miner for over 2+ years now. They keep telling me that the order is in the process of being delivered...for 2+ years. This is theft. It's all a scam. And I'm not the only one.

Ordered 1 Nebra indoor miner 2 years ago on the 12 of April 2021. Never got delivered, this company is 100% a scam with people who doesn't care about other people life's. Asked every month for a refund since they keep delaying the "delivery" of my order and they always say "We can't refund you, it's in the process to be shipped" for the last 2 years. They should be sued and put in jail right now !

My previous review for Nebra has just been taken down by UK trust pilot. Nebra had the audacity to contest my review because they didn't feel it was based on a genuine experience.

I purchased my helium miners in Apri 2021, and was expecting a 3 month delivery time. Come August and no product delivery, I started to email Nebra to get some updates. Various emails were sent and replied to over the next few months, and in November, Nebra replied with the below information.

For batch 5, you are looming towards the end of the year for shipment. I hope this helps in giving you an idea of the possible shipment timeframe.

I received my miners in May 2022. More than 12 months to deliver. I tried getting my money back, but as I paid in CRYPTO, that wasn't permitted.

Be very careful if you purchase from Nebra. Certainly don't be foolish enough to pay in crypto if you do purchase something.

For the record, when Nebra try to flag this review, I now have all the emails between Nebra and I to provide to UK Trust Pilot as proof of the terrible experience I had over the 13 months wait.

Took my money have yet to deliver anything, support just keep telling you that something will arrive in the next 6 months but it never does. It’s now been over 2 years and nothing.

Scammed.

I waited two years for my Helium miner. It was a Gen 1, and it doesn't work. I can't even connect it to Bluetooth or access it cia Ethernet. Customer service was fast ar first, but when I followed their service protocol and found out it was a defective unit, they have not returned my emails. Especially when I said I wanted my money back.

I'm just posting again as nebra reported my last one as false. and as I try to get my other one verified I'm not letting them away with the absolute robbery they try to commit

I have waited two years for my miner, which never shipped. I requested a refund, and I was told that my shipment would arrive Q2 seriously? I requested a refund multiple times, but Nebra support responded that it would ship soon. I am filing a fraud claim with my credit card, and I hope everyone else does the same if they can.

2nd review after Nebra asked trust pilot to remove the first. Trust pilot only accept experiences within the last 12 months. Because it's been 2yrs since Nebra stole my money and still have not delivered I was unable to leave a review. Anyway, Nebra are the most unethical company I have ever dealt with. Have not delivered, refuse to refund. Any request for a refund get the usual 'sorry it's shipped' reply. Stay away from this company.

Update: It's arrived! 27 months after it was ordered, but it doesn't work. Nebra is a scam. I can't believe they are still trading!

This company was so unprofessional it’s absurd. Not only did I wait over 2 years to get my miner shipped, because they didn’t want to lose money they refused to refund anyone outside of the U.K. After 10+ attempts over the course of 2 years did they finally ship the modem and the coin it mines is useless and so is the miner.

My review was removed despite providing supporting evidence, I was denied a refund when I requested it & was told to wait for the unit to arrive. I find it very suspicious that I get denied a refund despite waiting over 2 years for this & then since my last email it was delivered within 2 days! If you had stock available then why did I have to wait so damn long.

Another thing to keep in mind guys, if you write a review chances are Nebra will try and take it down, my review that was placed on 7th March has since been taken down.

If I could give this company a 0 I would, ordered almost 2 years ago, opened multiple support tickets & always being told it will be delivered in 2 weeks and years later absolutely nothing. I'm surprised companies like this are able to exist with no consequences. Avoid at all costs and report to trading standards.
Asked for a refund; was denied, & then conveniently they posted it 2 days later only after me requesting a refund.

They can take my review down as many times as they want, I will make sure it is back up here every time.

I bought two Helium hotspots from these scammers in April 2021 and none of them was delivered, nor refunded. They kept telling me they were not issuing refunds anymore because they had overcame their difficulties and problems and would soon deliver my orders. Now we are on May 2023, no refund and no hotspots. Lousy company, dishonest people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

2 years to deliver. Tried to get a refund multiple times. Denied every time. When the stupid thing finally came, it was the generation 1 when it should of been the updated (better) rock pi version.

Can't even register the hotspot because of constant errors and the app crashing. Shady company, I regret my purchase and wish I went with one of their competitors.

Ordered 4 units on April 19th 2021 and it has been over 2 years...but received nothing!

Here's the truth:
1)Nebra promised shipping dates they failed to meet
2) When people tried to cancel, Nebra claimed that their orders were now "processing" and therefore could no longer be shipped
3) Then when customers inquired why they still didn't have tracking, Nebra said their orders were still about to be shipped
4) then when customers tried to cancel again, Nebra refused to allow the cancellation (even two years later) and then changed their policy (AFTER years of waiting) to forbid cancellations, locking up people's money
5) then when people said they would not sign for deliveries, Nebra went ahead and put their own contact information in the buyer's shipping delivery signature space and signed for them, thereby claiming that the product had been delivered and no refund was due.
6) Nebra has the worst possible customer service. They are probably guilty of a number of UK laws. They have fake reviews on this page to convince people that it is only because of Covid and shipping delays that people are angry with them. It's not.

I did not receive my order until 2 YEARS after I ordered it. The product became obsolete and was 100% useless and worthless by the time I got it. I asked for a refund a few times but they refused. I had to leave a negative review here which got their attention. I finally threatened to sue them, then they sent it the next day. Ridiculous. A complete waste of my €350.

The worst customer service you can imagine. Item purchased in 2021 delivered in 2023 and not even an apology.
