Customer service go missing for weeks/months at a time on simple queries

Do I have to give one star??? They don't even deserve that.
Four hotspots ordered in April 2021, still haven't arrived (25 months) and still show as "unfulfilled" on their site.
Multiple emails always with the same answer "...they will be shipped soon".
They also say they will not refund and do not accept cancellations.
Isn't there some international consumer rights law that prohibits a company from doing this? There must be a limit to the time they can take to ship an item before they are forced to offer a refund.
They are awful to work with. Never again.

Amazing support team that helped get my synchro bit firmware back online. I have one of the hardware devices that needs extra attention and they provided the code and instruction to help out.

Took over 2 years to deliver the product, was told it had been upgraded to the latest model, but the still sent the original one

Incredibly terrible supply and logistic issue at the company. I ordered 4 Nebra hotspot miner and been waiting on the order for more than 2 years. I requested for refund and been denied by the company. It's frustrating dealing with the company and I have to go through small claims court to get my money back.

It took two years to receive my Nebra Helium Outdoor Miner from when I placed the order in March 2021. Nebra refused to allow me to cancel my order even though when I placed my order. I was given a shipping estimate of "end of Q3 2021" and my order was not delivered until March 2023. You held my money for two years and delivered an outdated product.

its your right to get a refund, its the law.

nebra is a pyramid scheme
wich is why some people had theyr units at the begining

Ordered 3 HNT miners in 2021. Never received. Worst company and customer service ever. 100% dishonest.

They saved my syncrobit hotspot from certain landfill by coming in to provide firmware updates to the hotspots

I could stand the EXTREAMLY long wait for the miner. But then they ship it and it is ALL cheap Chinees nock-off products except the raspberry pi. And they forbid you from changing anything to the miner to improve it or they will block your miner or revoke some key or what ever (yhea really decentralized there).

On top of all that there the slowest with pushing out updates for the miner. Resulting in your miner being offline for one of the longest of any other brand of miner. If the update is pushed out, IT STILL might not work because it is a cheap piece of **** that is poorly made. No one i know with other brands has as much problems as everyone i know with a NEBRA.

Mowax (Nebra) Wayne push to my 3 miners new Nebra firmware, as propose and 15 minutes later, all job done, running with latest release, nice work !

Have been waiting for my order for 24months ...
This company seems to just be taking money with clearly no intent to deliver.
They even charge you for the shipping that never happens.

Stay away at all costs - you have been warned.

This is an answer I got on the 17/11/2021 "If an order is unfulfilled, you can cancel it and get a full refund. Refunds are issued to the payment method used to purchase. And to start the process you need to provide us with a copy of your invoice (the one emailed to you following the purchase)."

but guess what? they will not refund you.

My order was placed on the 23rd of April, 2021.

Regarding the mentions within "" I have proof since my contact with them have all been through email.

Refused to answer 2 years worth emails. Shipped their product 2 years late. Refuse to accept a return. Just plain awful.

Ordered their Miner over 2 years ago and still haven't received it. Customer support reply once every 10 days and refuse a refund or cancellation. My solicitor is now involved in trying to solve the issue. STAY AWAY!

Nebra is fraudulent company that owes millions to its customers. I got scammed like the rest of the people here and I never got my order. I'm actually going to court and I will get back every penny.

By the way - all the positive reviews are obviously fake. Just read them and have a laugh.
