Had my mattress from nectar for 5 years and noticed some dipping in the middle (normal for memory foam after so many years)
Nectar arranged for a furniture specialist to come take a look at it, few days later I was receiving my brand new mattress and the old one was collected and gone.
I've gotta say I'm surprised they held up the forever warranty so I can't fault the company at all.

Avoid these absolute filthy scammers!! I tried to return the mattress within the 365 days they wouldn’t accept it and kept giving me offers to keep it then said I was outside the return window!!!

Love all the nectar sleep products arrived quickly too

The start was brilliant mattress booked and disposal on the same day.
The old mattress picked up perfectly. The new mattress was the changed for 5 Days later. Slept on sofa made a complaint was was offered £35 compensation (a joke)
Mattress came and for the first two months but now just as uncomfortable as old mattress and for £700 expected a lot better

Easily one of the worst on line shops. The bed is fine, but the disconnect between product and delivery and the customer experience is terrible. Ended up costing £100s more because their delivery and pick up services aren’t connected. Never again. I’m sending it back after 360 days. No one nectar wants to take responsibility, so I’ll use the return policy

Comfortable for first the month then started sagging in one side. Been told it’s within the company guidelines so no swap or refund! Basically only one side of a king mattress now usable and comfortable. Do not recommend.

Mattress was very comfortable to begin with but after only two years it has lost its memory foam gentle firmness in some areas. It has a lifetime guarantee so I’m hoping that Customer Service can help because I’m struggling to sleep comfortably now and waking in pain daily.

Prompt delivery. Jury is still out on these pillows, which I'm finding a little on the firm side, not helped by the fact they have to be really squeezed into my standard sized pillow cases (a VERY snug fit). Have also had to buy liners to stop the dark blue piping showing through the pillowcases - not something I had anticipated prior to buying but a consideration for anyone with light coloured bedding.

I ordered my mattress and wanted an early delivery which the customer service team arranged and was delivered!! Thank you Nectar

Don’t bother. My husband ordered a mattress from Nectar and selected a date for delivery. All went through fine. I took a days annual leave to ensure I was home to take delivery of the mattress.
Day before we waited for the delivery slot but nothing came through, set an alarm for 7am just incase and still nothing. Called once they opened and was told oh no it’s been rescheduled to another date in a weeks time due to being too busy.
No email, no phone call and I had to find this out by calling them. The date they changed to was when we were away so no good. Tried to offer me discounts but I ended up cancelling.

Rock hard mattress very uncomfortable. Don't fall for the marketing hype. Check Reddit mattress and you'll see I'm not the only one. This mattress is rock hard.

Ordered two Nectar memory foam mattresses which were delivered on agreed delivery date. Excellent communication from order to delivery and very good instructions on unpacking and time for mattresses to expand. Very good quality mattresses and price, very happy with purchase.

I’m very disappointed with my experience dealing with this company after purchasing a mattress just three years ago.
The mattress has developed noticeable loss of support, and I now regularly wake up with aches and back pain. I raised this under the warranty expecting a fair assessment and resolution, but instead encountered a process that focuses on inspections and technicalities rather than how the mattress actually performs in everyday use.
Despite clear comfort and support issues, the mattress was deemed “not faulty,” and the proposed solution was repeat inspections rather than a meaningful outcome. The warranty sounds reassuring at the point of sale, but in practice it offers very little protection once an issue arises.
Overall, the lack of accountability and the dismissive handling of a genuine concern has been frustrating. I would not purchase from this company again and would advise others to consider alternatives.

We loved our Nectar mattress for the first year, but then noticed that severe dips had appeared in both of our sides of the bed. We had to ensure uncomfortable nights sleep until the dips were severe enough to warrant a replacement. The replacement arrived swiftly, but after just a month or so the replacement mattress has severe dips in again. I’ve been suffering from constant back pain and have been having to pay for physiotherapy due to this. Our bed was also purchased through Nectar, and so an inappropriate base should not be blamed. Do NOT recommend and would really like a suitable replacement please Nectar!

Really happy with the mattress it is by far the best mattress I have ever slept on. I suffer with chronic back pain and this has been an absolute godsend.

Even though they arranged an Emmiera inspection, no further action was taken to help with the saggy mattress which is less than 3 years old.

We've had our mattress for 3 years now and it started to dip pretty quickly, we reached out to them and they provided a mattress topper to help with this however it didn't help much. We even rotate the mattress regularily but its leaving a big dip on the side and the middle of the mattress being elevated so its extremely uncomfortable now. With their lifetime warranty they have people from Emmiera come inspect the mattress and they said the mattress needed to be atleast 4cm deep to actually warrant a replacement which is INSANE. I honestly feel like this type of warning needs to be said to customers before purchasing especially if you want to feel secure in knowing they have a lifetime warranty. Absolutely ridiculous i would stay clear of their mattresses. (we are also not heavy users, I am 54kg and husband is 88kg) there shouldnt be a massive dip feeling when sleeping after just 2-3 years of using a mattress that was over a grand! It was the Nectar Premier Mattress - King

Mattresses themselves are fine, takes a while to get used to however they are comfortable and generally give me a good night's sleep.
Issues lie in distribution as and purchasing of a bed frame. Bought an ottoman bed which was delivered two boxes for a Double the other box for a King size bed. Mistakes happen however it took a long time to rectify and I went without a completely built bed for over a month due to missing parts and delivery companies (not nectar sub contracted out) canceling deliveries or saying they never received the parts from nectar warehouse.
The customer service teams are brilliant however, but whole company let down by the fiasco starting at warehouse and distribution.

*Update*
After sharing photos on Nectar’s subreddit with an employee, their initial response was that the mattress must be counterfeit because the sagging was so severe after such a short time. Nectar later confirmed my order was genuine and sent a third-party inspector to assess the mattress.
The inspector stated that replacing it would make no difference, as this model behaves this way. Nectar then deemed the mattress “acceptable” and initially refused to replace it, despite the advertised lifetime guarantee.
Only after I informed them I would initiate a chargeback (the mattress was purchased using a U.S. credit card) did they agree to a replacement. Less than one month later, the replacement mattress is already sagging. We are also using the official Nectar platform, so support is not the issue.
It’s also worth noting that Nectar US readily provides foam density information upon request, while Nectar UK refuses, claiming it is “proprietary.” Other UK luxury mattress brands provide this information without issue.
This confirms our first mattress was not a one-off defect, this is how the mattress performs. We will be replacing it.

Terrible mattress. We moved to the UK from the States and did a ton of research to find the softest option. We ended up ordering a super king Nectar mattress with the matching bed frame.
Within months, the mattress started sagging badly, forming deep “scoops” where my husband and I slept. We bought it in October 2024, and after just one year we had to throw it out. We were away for a big part of that time, I was gone for 3.5 months and he was gone for 2 months, so it realistically only saw about 4–5 months of actual use before the sagging began.
Both of us developed severe shoulder pain, and my husband even needed physical therapy for a frozen shoulder. The dips in the mattress are clearly visible.
Avoid. Absolutely not worth the money.
I have photos using a level showing the extreme sag but sadly I cannot share photos here.
Even on their branded SubReddit, their OWN employee said my photos did not show a normal settlement amount, but now they are trying to say its normal so have DEEP sagging in less than a year of use.

The delivery persons were very polite and accommodating. I had to postpone the collection of old mattress and delivery of new one as my partner was in hospital. All went smoothly when it all happened. Mattress is really comfortable and I am enjoying sleeping on it.
