Although I found the mattress a little too firm to replace my Tempur mattress, the company did send me a mattress topper which did help a little. The communication was very good and efficient and the mattress was reasonably priced.

I've had the mattress for a few months now (purchased in Jan '25) and so far so good.
Mine is definitely much more on the firm than the listed "medium-firm", very noticeable when compared against my parents Simba mattress.
Service was good and prompt though unlike Simba they wouldn't deliver it into a room of our choice - that was a nice touch from Simba.
Keen to see how good they are with their 'Forever Warranty', especially having seen some negative comments around dipping/sagging - which I've yet to experience.
But thus far, would still give 5 stars - with the recommendation they provide the 'in room' delivery like Simba do

The mattress developed a dip causing severe back pain to the point I couldn't stand straight , literally was crawling out of bed until I started using a spare mattress. There engineer walked in with an attitude and kept complaining about the stain on the mattress cover which were clearly sweat marks. The mattress cover is not waterproof and I used my own protector but night sweats in menopause are horrible. He wasnt convinced i used a protector so i showed him the one i took off before he was coming to inspect it. Even took him to the other bed which also has a matress protector. He kept saying the dip could be water damage, seriouslyfrom sweat! He then kept trying to find some fault in the bed frame or anything else but the mattress. The company emailed to say there was no fault found so they won't offer anything to replace or refund. The engineer saw the dip and they are saying there is no fault in the mattress.

I had a below knee amputation. So I knew I was going to spend awhile in bed on discharge from hospital. This mattress has been wonderful. I’ve had a month in bed and slowly getting up more now . I made the best decision ever to buy this

Bought a Nectar mattress which hasn't even lasted 2 years. Has build quality problems. Dipped side, thus noises every time I get on the bed. Contacted warranty team, got out through to the retailer who then said they'll send an inspector from Emmeira company. They didn't want to come because of parking restrictions.
So how am I supposed to prove to them my bed is faulty if no one can even come to check it out. When they don't believe us about it being faulty.
Absolute shambles. A whole night and day wasted

Mattress is comfortable and arrived on time. Two courteous young men delivered and I was kept updated regarding delivery time. Very pleased indeed apart from one aspect. When I initially went onto the Nectar website there was a promotional offer of a free duvet set when buying a mattress. I clicked on the box to accept this but it never arrived. When I emailed Nectar to ask where it was, they told me that it didn't apply to that particular mattress!
Apart from that, everything was great.

Order #N-1082**** — Nectar’s so-called “Forever Warranty” has turned into nothing but a frustrating runaround. I provided all the photos they requested to prove mattress sagging, only to face long delays, excuses, and no real action. Weeks turned into months, and instead of honoring the warranty or the “forever refund,” Nectar dragged the process out until I gave up and purchased a different mattress altogether.
Although my original purchase was earlier, I’m still experiencing issues, including receiving outdated promotional emails dated February 2024 as of today (August 11, 2025). This shows they have time for marketing but not for honoring their promises.
This experience has made me lose all faith in Nectar’s products and customer service. If you expect them to stand by their warranty, be prepared for disappointment.

It is very neatly made with a smooth cotton feel. The duvet is quite light weight but keeps me nice and warm. It is comfortable to lie under and is one of the best duvets I have ever bought.

Great product at good price. The whole ordering, paying and delivery arrangement was straight forward as was arranging collection of the old mattress at the time of ordering. Delivery was well communicated and arrived on time. The product itself is first class, I've not slept so well for a long time.

We bought this mattress just under 5 years ago and it started out as a very comfortable mattress. It came with a lifetime warranty so you would think it would last for a while or so we hoped
We follow instructions and rotate it every few months but one side we noticed had been developing a big dip to the point that it rolled my husband out of bed and appeared to be collapsing on one side when sat or lying on it. I complained to Nectar who sent round an expert to assess it (twice actually as I stayed in between 08-1800 for him the first man and he never bothered to turn up or notify me that he wasn't coming!) and even before the second man had looked at or assessed the defective side of the bed he told me that it would be an invalid claim as there was discolouration to the mattress!!! It was normal yellowing of the top white fabric due to age, body sweat/oils etc (even though we keep a mattress protector on all the time.) So that was that only just 5 years old with a lifetime warranty and we have to fork out for a new mattress. Lifetime warranty doesn't make it worth paying the extra for a mattress you hope is going to last a little while and certainly should let you know in advance you are supposed to clean and scrub your mattress regularly to avoid any yellowing. He even said I should have put a waterproof protector on to stop the oils and sweat penetrating making me feel like I was dirty and unclean for letting it get yellow!! Perhaps Nectar should think about putting non yellowing fabrics on instead
WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE PURCHASING ANOTHER FROM THEM!!!!!!

From the first contact through to sinking into my mattress of bliss. This company and the people who are employed there were, polite, professional, helpful and friendly. I had my matress inside a week from order to zzzzz. Can't recommend highly enough and that's before you look at quality, price and guarantee!!!!
Half the price of equivalent from well known Store but I wouldn't dream of naming them

The mattress sinked in . Had inspection done, reported that I got back says that the dip was 1cm . And it’s within an acceptable range.
My husband and I are weighted 80kg and 56kg which in a very healthy range , the mattress is 30 months old . I do not expect that could happened to a such “young “ mattress .
Honestly this could happen to a 5 years old mattress but 30 months old?
I had mattress for more than 7 years and it has no this sink in issue .

The mattress is comfortable but it smells so bad and strong it's been causing me respiratory issues every day since starting using it - my whole flat smells of it. Airing it out everyday for more than a month hasn't made any difference, despite the great hassle. It's shocking to think about how many harsh chemicals you use to cause such a terrible smell for so long. I've had many mattresses before, including foam ones, and never experienced something this bad. I'm returning it for good. Very disappointed!
