The mattress sinked in . Had inspection done, reported that I got back says that the dip was 1cm . And it’s within an acceptable range.
My husband and I are weighted 80kg and 56kg which in a very healthy range , the mattress is 30 months old . I do not expect that could happened to a such “young “ mattress .
Honestly this could happen to a 5 years old mattress but 30 months old?
I had mattress for more than 7 years and it has no this sink in issue .

The mattress is comfortable but it smells so bad and strong it's been causing me respiratory issues every day since starting using it - my whole flat smells of it. Airing it out everyday for more than a month hasn't made any difference, despite the great hassle. It's shocking to think about how many harsh chemicals you use to cause such a terrible smell for so long. I've had many mattresses before, including foam ones, and never experienced something this bad. I'm returning it for good. Very disappointed!

Loved the mattress. It’s been a month since I purchased and is very comfortable to sleep. Very happy that I purchased this one.

Had our mattress nearly 5 years now.
It's been shocking the whole time. Had someone out to inspect it and they deemed the crater not big enough to replace.
Wake up with back ache constantly.
The memory foam shapes to your body but not in a supportive way. If you weigh more than 60kg stay well clear.
Can't wait to get rid.

I think on the whole Nectar staff were helpful especially when I could not tolerate sleeping on a complete memory foam mattress; they refunded the cost so that I was able to purchase another Hybrid mattress: Ufortunately, this Hybrid mattress is not made as well as the other one I purchased a year ago The material edging the mattress is not as well made and unlike the memory foam mattress, it does not have any handles so you can imagine how difficult it is to move it if you have joint issues, I am minded to try another company when purchasing the bed for the box room

Avoid - They Don’t Honour Their Own Warranty
I purchased a Nectar mattress for over £1000 based largely on their heavily advertised “Forever Warranty.” After just 24 months, the mattress developed significant sagging on both sides where my wife and I sleep, despite weekly rotation as recommended.
The Problem:
When I contacted Nectar about this clear defect under their warranty, they:
1. Deflected to the retailer - Despite advertising THEIR warranty, they claimed my “contract of sale is with the retailer” and sent me away
2. Arranged their own inspection - Then used their own inspector’s report to dismiss the claim as “within tolerance”
3. Offered a pointless second inspection - Instead of honouring their warranty, they offered another inspection that would likely reach the same conclusion
Why This Is Unacceptable:
• They heavily market their “Forever Warranty” as a reason to choose Nectar
• When a legitimate claim arises, they refuse to honour it
• They cannot advertise their own warranty then claim it’s the retailer’s responsibility
• A £1000+ mattress should not sag significantly after just 2 years
The Emails Speak for Themselves:
Their responses were corporate deflection at its worst - acknowledging the issue exists but hiding behind “tolerances” and pushing customers back to retailers. This is misleading advertising and poor customer service.
My Recommendation:
Don’t trust their warranty promises. If you’re considering Nectar based on their warranty, look elsewhere. When it comes time to claim, they’ll find every excuse not to honour it.
Current Status:
Left with a sagging mattress, out of pocket, and forced to look for a replacement from a company that actually honours their warranties.

I spent a lot of money on a premium Nectar mattress, trusting that it would give me quality sleep, help me feel relaxed, and wake up feeling refreshed and energised. Unfortunately, the experience has been the complete opposite.
I began waking up with shoulder, neck, and lower back pain, often finding myself stuck in a deep, uncomfortable dip in the mattress. I couldn’t understand what was happening and even started blaming myself for the pain.
It wasn’t until I saw a chiropractor that the issue with the mattress was brought to my attention. I am 5’2” and weigh 60kg, and despite this, the mattress failed to support my body properly.
Since then, I’ve replaced the Nectar mattress with one that was three times cheaper and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. My sleep has drastically improved, and I no longer wake up in pain and perform my best.
I strongly advise others to avoid this brand. My experience with Nectar has been disappointing, painful, and not at all worth the high price tag.👎

We have had the nectar bed for just three years and I am currently demolishing it due to multiple failings as a result of poor build quality.
The middle support legs aren’t fit for purpose, bad design and even worse build quality. The frame where the mattress sits came loose and needed supports fitting to it.
We have had problems with the bed over the past year and have been patching it up. It has now fallen apart, and is being demolished.
The mattress is ok, for now but based on this, I wouldn’t trust it.
Don’t buy one, not worth the money.

If you want support while you sleep then stay well clear of this product. It's way too soft and causes me to wake up feeling groggy tired and needing another sleep. I had such high expectations but unfortunately unfounded. I wouldn't ever recommend.

We’re still getting use to the nectar mattress and the pillows we purchased. So far I’m finding it extremely comfortable.

After two years of using this mattress, I started experiencing significant back pain. I noticed that the area where I usually sleep had become much softer and was sinking more than the rest of the mattress.
We contacted the company in July 2024, and after a few attempts, I finally got the inspection booked in September 2024. They sent an inspector to examine it, and the inspection consisted of the person lying on the mattress and using a string with a weighted object to check the levelling. According to him, everything was “within normal range,” and he advised me to rotate the mattress weekly to prevent this kind of issue. We had the follow-up email in October 2024 confirming the inspection results "The natural settlement to occur within the mattress after an extended period of use it's normal".
Unfortunately, my problem was not resolved. I still suffer from back pain, and now my routine involves constantly rotating the mattress and trying to sleep in different spots to avoid creating new sunken areas.
Had I known this would become my new daily struggle just to avoid worsening my back pain, I would never have bought this mattress.

Mattress arrived in time to adjust before night. It did take a few days to get used to it but it is very comfortable. It was a good choice.

Great matteress, delivered when they said, had a call about 40min before it was delivered. Highly recommend.

Divan bed and headboard: Delivery was spot on, informed all the way and arrived on time, brought up to the bedroom, sound.
We removed all packaging to discover it's not TAUPE, it's BEIGE. Having said that, it goes well in the room anyway but there is no way that this is Taupe. So that could have been a huge problem, but luckily didn't bother us that much... However, a bed clip and two bolts for the headboard were missing, so we had to ring customer service who said they would get on to Operations...no idea how long this will take/how long we have to wait until we get the parts. Not good enough, Nectar. How can you not supply enough parts to fix the bed together??!!
Following reply, I've emailed them to see if they can deliver missing parts today!!
15/07: Not a chance. Over a week later, I'm still awaiting the parts I need to safely make up the expensive bed and headboard I purchased in good faith from their website. Buyer beware indeed :(

I have only had my first mattress for 18 months and found a very uncomfortable dip alluding to one side. Had an inspection passed it with flying colours. Kept sleeping on the mattress to start getting very serious back problems in which I never experienced before. After several complaints Nectar replaced .y mattress with a new one and just after a month the same thing happening again. DO NOT expect this for a thousand pound mattress. Back ache back with a vengeance totally disappointed woukd advise anybody to not buy these mattresses absolutely terrible. NOT WORTH THE MONEY !

We bought the Nectar memory foam mattress approx 2 years ago. Everything was great with delivery and comfortable to start with hence why I haven't given.them one star. We are aware we can't flip the mattress but we do rotate top and tail ends regularly. Both my husband and I have noticed an uncomfortable sagging to one side of the mattress more recently which isn't the moulding to our shape. Whoever is unlucky enough to have that side gets terrible back ache and an awful lack of sleep. It feels like half of you is where you are meant to be and half falling in the sagging bit. I've been in touch with Nectar and been advised by the AI bit that an advisor will be in touch to arrange a Homeserve inspector to come and take a look for warranty purposes but so far I've had no contact. The more I research, the more I'm finding this is a common problem. If I had written a review a month after receiving this mattress, it would have been 5* but the unfortunate reality is the mattress has not been the long lasting mattress we were made to believe it would be. We wanted a mattress that would last to the seven years where we would replace anyway. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service too.
