The chair I bought is not the plushest most comfortable chair I've ever sat in, however it fits a few important niche needs that all generally are expensive which makes my specific maxnomic chair worth what I paid. The construction is pretty solid, been using it for years, no tears, scratches, holes, anything broken or creaking. The chair is ergonomic, I can sit in it for hours and not have back pain. The chair looks good, and is a custom design for a gaming team that I like. Overall worth the money

I'll start with the equipment. I purchased the XL series. It's an awesome chair! I've been extremely happy with it. As far as service goes; it's top notch. It's easy to have great service when nothing goes wrong, but in this instance I had an issue with a cracked hydraulic cover. They shipped a replacement out immediately, no questions asked. Fantastic! Thanks guys.

great chair but gets creaky over time, not squeaky, but creaky and poppy, just shifting in the chair is a loud event. i don't love the noise, but i like still like the chair.

Bought a DXRacer seat from these vendors, after a year the leather on the seat started to flake. Further, the hardware on the armrests started to bend (I'm a 160lb male). Called NeedforSeat as the DXRacer is still under warranty and was told that they no longer are affiliated with DXRacer and would not honor the warranty. Buyer beware, NEEDforSEAT does NOT stand by the products they sell.

Great chair. Adjustable in multiple dimensions. Sturdy build, heavy materials. Only complaint is that my butt often gets sweaty in the leather seat. I guess that's what I get for buying leather. However, for ~$400, I feel like the company could have anticipated that customers would encounter this issue and somehow designed a way to avoid it. Overall I would recommend this chair to someone who wants a well-built office chair that will keep your back and hips happy while sitting for long periods.

I know people say that the seat is firm.. But I love this chair. I can sit for hours playing games without too much issue. Only thing I find a negative is that the arms seem too distant. I would recommend this chair to any larger, taller framed people.

Bought a chair for my boyfriend as a gift. He absolutely loves it. Very high quality and super comfortable to sit in. I would highly recommend needForSeats chairs. I will likely be buying one for myself in the future. Worth every penny!

The chair is close to perfection. But the seat cushion is a little bit too hard.

The chair is pretty good. The lumbar support and foam is high quality. After having it almost a year it is starting to squeak ever so slightly, but it's basically non existent unless you try to make it happen. The customer service is above average but not amazing, which was a big disappointment for me. When I was ordering a chair they were extremely nice and acomidating! However, a month or two later, when I emailed and called them about some wobble in the piston and also in the chair lean mechanism I was told not to worry about the lean mechanism and that the piston wobble was "acceptable", a little disappointing for the price. The wobble has gotten a bit worse now and I don't feel like being told I'm wrong over the phone again. If I could go back it'd be about 70/30 I'd buy this chair again vs not.

I received a defective chair with a bent frame. Nick at needforseatusa.com refused to respond to my e-mail request for support until my unit was outside of the return window, then charged me shipping to replace the defective part.

Great chair and great customer service, I had the tilt mechanism on my chair stop functioning and they sent me a new part with no questions asked. Will be buying from them again the next time I have a need for a seat!

I love the chair, it's comfortable, it was easy to assemble and it's durable as all get out. I wish this particular product had a lumbar and neck pillow that would stay put better (maybe more straps or something?) but otherwise, gorgeous chair!

Great product and a great company. Bought my Chair last year during the black friday sale and received a generous black friday discount. My chair arrived at my apartment but somebody broke-in to the hallway and stole the box before I got home!! I called NEEDforSEAT and they were gracious enough to give me the black friday discount again so I bought the chair again. This time I made sure I was home when it arrived. I also got reimbursed from the credit card company for the original purchase so in the end I broke even.

I really love this chair. Great quality and comfort. The price is high when compared to your standard desk chair but they're really the cream of the crop so it's worth it. If you spend hours working at your desk like me then buy this chair, your back and butt will thank you.

The seat is sold as a high end gaming chair, but in honesty, its just a normal chair. The padding is stiff. While chairs from say Wal Mart of Best Buy wear out quickly, they have much more padding that lasts longer. It seems with this chair that the padding is just super flat, dull, and never changes. It reminds me of a church pew. I did have a part of my chair break after minor use and it was replaced with no questions asked as the company did what they could to fix the issue. I was great appreciative of that. The pillow and back support that come with the chair are a joke as well. They do not last at all and the pillow is too small to really change your head resting place. I have seen many people online use an airline pillow to make up for it.
