I'm giving this a five star because the chair is amazing. Hands down the best quality chair I have seen especially for how big it is. The one little bit of feedback I have for you is with how wide the arm rests are apart. If there was a mechanism you could tighten and loosen to bring the " base part" close together it would make your already great product even better.

Fantastic customer service and product. The seats are amazing, I did have one issue where part of the coaster frame broke but it was easily and quickly replaced while under warranty.

Wonderful product made well and I had no issues with their website, customer service and very helpful FAQ on their site.

After the live model chair that I was gonna buy from a gaming convention was sold the main guy at the booth still gave me a hella discount on a brand new one. When something broke they sent out the piece free of charge immediately. It was a large heavy piece so I know that the shipping wasn't cheap. Top notch customer service.

After spending $500 on this chair and having it over a year I am just not sure if I can really appreciate the price to value from my purchase. Your branding and seams are crooked from a distance or from the ground you can tell that the chair is not quite symmetrical the armrest have not worn evenly and the pillow that came with it fell apart within the first few months. I still use it and enjoy the chair but I feel the less than premium experience with the chair and your company doesn't really deserve the premium price. The first time I had this chair ship to me it had both seat parts defective with bent metal and the replacement parts which are what I am using now have resolved that problem but again the chair is still not quite symmetrical which is sad. I probably will not purchase a chair from you again. The chair cracks in Creeks whenever you lean backwards something that one of your customer service reps said that they would resolve and then never did.

Love the chair Ive had it for about a year now and its very comfy but Ive notices that the threading is starting to come undone very quickly.
But i do use it everyday and ive had to for a while.

The seat is awesome. Its a very well made heavy sturdy chair. The only thing that could be better is the lumbar. The strap is loose and keeps falling down. besides that its a great chair. i will be buying one for my wife.

Quality product and absolutely fantastic customer support! I have had my chair for a few years now and I can confidently say it is as comfortable as the day I bought it. The padding is firm and thick. The seat shows no wear.

Seat is comfortable and very well made. Best chair I've ever owned. I am tall and it fits perfectly.

Seat isn't what I expected for the amount of money they charge. I would recommend that a prospective chair buyer look elsewhere.

Received my dxracer chair at a steep discount when they were getting rid of their dxracer product to replace for maxnomic. My chair shipped and made it to me within like 3 days or so and I've been using it for 2 years now. Wouldn't trade it for anything else (cept maybe a Herman Miller Aeron)

Quality chairs that are both comfortable and durable. Well worth the price.

These chairs are spendy, but holy cow it's worth it. It's more comfortable than my bed, built to last and the envy of all my friends. If you game a lot, and plan to do so for awhile, there is no reason to spendy your money anywhere else or on anything else.
