Customer Service has been great in sending in replacement parts but after attempting to be a loyal customer 3 chairs i can no longer.
Cheaply made. Seats squeak and are uneven. Poor Quality.
Have had the chair just a bit over 1 year and its completely falling apart. 2 wires on each side is sticking out from the seat. 2 replaced and broken chair bases even the heavy duty ones.

My $500 chair has been the most uncomfortable unevenly made thing I've ever sat in for over an hour. It's been sitting in the spare room for a year now because I just can't be bothered with it. Such a disappointment

The right armrest broke to easily from leaning on it here and there after a few months. It broke loose at the weld, so the weld wasn't as good as it could have been for people that lean on them often. I'm having to use JB Weld and new bolts, nuts, and washers to fix it. Thankfully it can be fixed. For what I paid, those arm rests need to be better designed to not break so easily. Other than that, it's a great chair. Thanks

Oh and another thing. I'm not sure if you guys offer this or not, I may have missed the option, but you should have an option for the chair to be built before it's shipped, and charge an extra fee for it.

While I am very satisfied with the chair I purchased, it was delivered with a broken bracket and plastic cover. Not a big deal at all, except I wouldn't expect a 350 dollar chair to be shipped damaged. It took a couple months talking back and forth, with pictures being sent, to finally get the correct parts delivered. It was as if the person I was in contact with, forgot each day who I was and what my issue was. Once it was finally solved, I was a happy customer, but a couple months of a damaged chair and frustration of customer service leads to unhappiness. That being said, would definitely purchase my next chair from NeedforSeat again.

The chair I bought from NEEDforSEAT arrived swiftly, was well packaged, and was exactly as described. Furthermore, it is a great, very comfortable chair with more than ample cushioning, tons of adjustments, and feels extremely sturdy and durable. You can tell the chair was manufactured with care and to extremely tight guidelines, not shoddily slapped together like some bargain bin products.

Less than 1 yr, i had the back and the seat due to dry rot. They were great in helping, it is doing me, and getting my parts. Now, less than a year from that the dry rot is happening again. This is the only chair in the room it is happening too. For the price of the chair, i probably wont buy another one.

I bought a chair just over 2 years ago and it was out of the warranty period when a metal piece of the seat broke. NEEDforSEAT sent me out the replacement seat base for free, and super quickly too. I didn't even have to ask. Awesome. Glad to see a company this day and age with A+ customer service.

i paid over 450$ for my chair, and it arrived damaged..The female screw on the main panel could not take the screw because it was faulty...So my left side is halfway connected to the bottom side of chair...I contacted the support immediately (2days after the delivery)....No answer, no nothing...Very bad experience about their customer service...

Bought this chair as a gift for my 18 yr. old son and for once, he hasn't had any problems and LOVES the chair (and though he's thin, he's 6'2" tall and spends a lot of time online gaming, etc.). I highly recommend!

You know for the price point I paid for this chair, not worth it! They look and feel solid but truth is they really are not. I had tilt mechanism snap in half on me. They were prompt to send another which is terrific. Then I had to replace lever you pull to tilt because it bent just leaning on the chair. Also what ever material they use, peeled on seat part just one year normal use. When I sent back tilt mechanism couldn't remove the piston so they sent one and the one they sent never stays at height you set it probably defective, cheap, or they just said hell with it send him old one Extremely disappointing to say the least. Would have given 2 stars if there customer service rep wasn't prompt to send stuff and courteous. Probably wont purchase again from this company.

You have one model of chair that is excellent, but i heard so many complaints about other cheaper models. And you know, those other models are expansive too...Im just happy I bought your best item, so I have no complaint. But I know you guys are just getting started. The chair that I bought from you is a 5star for sure. 3 star is for all the chairs

For the first two years since I've been using this chair, I was convinced it was the best chair I have ever purchased. However, recently the material has been peeling away in many locations, and now it looks terrible. I justified the high cost with the expectation that this chair would last many years, and I am very disappointed.

Honestly I am a little disappointing I got my chain around 5/25/16 and now today 9/20/16 the tops of the arms are very wobbly/just poor quality the rest of the chair is great on top of that I treat it excellent and am only 150lbs. I really hope that the manufacturer can see this review and either exchange my arms or help me with it for paying $500. I have the casual chair, and ontop of that when I ordered the chair it came with the wrong arm to start with. Here is my order number incase you want to contact me information is the same.

Great long lasting chairs. Even greater company. I have had my chair for about 2 years now. I purchased one of the first early models. Had some issues with a couple minor things. They responded quickly. The bottom part of the chair had some fabric tear. While trying to replace the bottom of the chair I stripped the bolts (I must have cross threaded them when I put the chair together) I told them about my issue and they sent me the back part or the chair. I was prepared to pay for the back part of the chair because it had been my fault. They sent me the bottom part under warranty and didn't charge me for the back part of the chair. I recently purchased one for my brother and come to find out they pretty much have the whole chair put together so no noobs like me cross thread the bolts lol. I would and will continue to buy from them!

I was in search of a new office chair. Plagued by discomfort and back problems for the better part of the year I was definitely in need of an upgrade. I looked into quite a lot of chairs, and while it's not a Herman Miller its also half the price.

The chair is sturdy, and very comfy. In fact it remains comfy even after hours of use (8+) Both the lumbar and head rest pillows do their job and my back has been feeling great since I've received it.

The leather makes it easy to clean and the striking black and white color scheme I got mine in makes it a nice addition to my home office. Everyone that comes over wants to sit in it. All in all I think it was well worth the price.

I have two very small issues after my now year of owning it. The head rest pillow slips off sometimes and need to be readjusted often. Due to this the elastic band has begun to fray. Unfortunately the arm tests can become very uncomfortable dye to their hard lines.

I think this seat is great

Excellent experience with you guys. I will definitely be getting all of my office chairs from you guys from now on.

Bought a DX racer seat from them and one year later the adjustment mechanism went bad and stated that the seat is no longer supported, so I would need to buy a new seat.
