Good at the start, less convincing afterwards
At the beginning, we were positively impressed with the efficiency of the responses, photography, and posting of our property. We also liked that we could see how much interest the ad was generating. Once a potential buyer expressed their interest, however, we were left on our own to sort out most of the details surrounding the actual sale and handover. A bit more advice would have been welcome.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Initial contact responsive and professional. The web platform is superb. Clear, transparent and very easy to use. Fun to able to watch the progress of ad and video minute by minute. Photographs and video were of exceptional quality. Despite being a web based system, people were always available on the phone for any queries. 6 viewings within 4 days, and 2 offers at the asking price in 10 days! Highly recommended.

In the end I was pleased with the NEHO…
In the end I was pleased with the NEHO sale of my property in Crassier. The problem I encountered had to do with the turnover of agents. I began with Yann and I felt very comfortable with him. Suddenly he left the company and was replaced by Sarah - things fell through the cracks a little and then improved. Sarah then left on Vacation at a critical juncture in the sale process and she was replaced by another lady with whom relations were not smooth, Finally Sarah returned and she finished the deal. But it was not a smooth process and it was disturbing for me.

Very helpful to sell my property in Switzerland
Good website which has been used to sell my property, at competitive price as the selling fee is a flat rate. The local advisor did help me to manage the whole process and simultaneously I got access to the appointments calendar to be kept informed about the potential buyers.

Very unprofessional. The whole process took months instead of weeks, the responsible person disappeared on vacation without handover to a deputy or even an out-of-office notification; in the end we were faster by talking to the involved offices ourselves.
