Recently, I sold my property in Basel-Land, supported by Neho. I am a delighted customer because I am so impressed with Neho's overall customer support. Their Digital platform is excellent and supports the entire process. Manuel is very reachable and always very responsive. There is absolute transparency and fairness in the process. It was overall a very nice selling experience offered by Neho. I can strongly recommend Neho for anyone considering selling their property

I had a very good experience with Neho.
M. Girardet was very professional and explained the whole process from the photo/ video shoot, pricing and gave full support to the conclusion. Even when we had a few challenges he was always on hand, even outside of normal business hours. He was always very responsive.
I would recommend this service to anyone who is thinking about selling their home.

Very bad communication experience. There was a wrong telephone number in the message from the company. Then, when I got a proper phone number, it was always unreachable. Email communication is very slow. Finally, I replied immediately to the suggested appointment date. In one hour I received a rejection.
PS A phone call without even a message cannot be qualified as a "contact" when the person couldn't answer.

The process is quick and effective gets the required result but lacks the personal touch and very hard to get hold of people on the phone when you have questions.

Not enough information or even wrong information about the house.

Neho deleted our bad review. Its easy to keep rating high when u keep just selected reviews.
Neho gave us false sales documents where living area was 23 m2 more than actual.

They admitted the mistake only after the purchase. But just by phone and never even paid is a single penny or their commission to coverup their mistake.

We paid all for their mistakes. They just answered, ya the old owner was not really good person.

We worked with Manuel Cacciola on the purchase of our property in Basel. He and his team Cenia Revel were very professional and fast to respond. I can highly recommend NEHO.
From start to finish the process follows a logical sequence. I like to ability to track prospective buyers, what documents they have accessed and the contacts they have made with NEHO. The house visits are arranged on line, and feedback given on the site which was extremely useful. I did all the house visits myself. All the people who visited, reported very positively on the feedback they had received from M.Nicolas PIVIN and Ms. Chloe MUHLEMAN, and this was a definite plus. I saved over chf 50,000 compared to a tradition estate agents fees. One buyer was difficult and both NEHO and myself took our eye off the ball. This caused a delay of 5 weeks as this buyer pulled out of the deal. Thus a 4 star rating. But I highly recommend this site to anyone wishing to sell. Thank you Nicolas for your excellent advice, and Chloe for always being there to guide the prosepective buyers.

Really liked the web site and having the ability to monitor who had accessed the site and comments they had made. From that perspective it is superb, and very cost effective. Also, scheduling of visits was simple and helped me enormously. The prospective buyers I spoke to all said they were extremely pleased with the inputs from the NEHO staff when they phoned for information.
So in that regard it went very well. But I had one buyer who created difficulties and I would have expected an earlier proactive intervention from NEHO, as it wasted sometime unnecessarily.
So overall a Rating of 4 is appropriate, as the house was successfully sold and I received excellent input from the NEHO broker involved.
I would certainly use NEHO in the future.

Neho was very helpful by providing a ton of information on the property, pictures and a virtual tour.
Then they helped us all the steps of the way with the seller, notary, banks and all.

I was very satisfied with my recent purchase of a nice apartment near Zurich with Neho. The communication with Neho's agent team was always very pleasant, timely, and accurate. Neho provided a lot of information to help me make my decision, and the apartment was exactly as advertised. I would recommend Neho to anyone looking to purchase a property in Switzerland

I can absolutely recommend Neho. I was dealing with a very friendly and responsive team. Also, the 3D visualization of the property is really of value. It also allows you to measure the spaces. Too bad you lose access right after closing the deal.
