It was very easy to deal with Neho

Unfortunately our experience with Neho was not as positive as anticipated. Reaction time to emails was rather slow, calls never answered and coordination within the Neho team poor. Documents were sent out with mistakes several times.

All good. Professional staff, user-friendly platform. Neho is changing the traditional way of buying-selling properties in switzerland.

Modern, no frills, highly professional, excellent 3D virtual visit capacity and clear info for buyers, clear and efficient communication and planning tools, and all this with a personal touch, guidance and beyond service with a smile. Highly recommended, as it outpaces the classical real estate agencies/agents in terms of knowledge and adequate support to sell property.

Sold my house with the help of Neho. Fixed price, much, much lower than what normal agents charge, while the service is the same or better. They work efficiently, 3D tour of the house makes it easy for potential buyers to see the house before coming to visit. All the paperwork was taken care of. Did most of the communication in English.

Loved the total electronic process with total transparency of each stage of the selling process. The 360 virtual viewing gained more prospective buyers, and the setup from valuation to advertisement was very quick. Neho sales agent and support team was readily available online whenever we have questions. Highly recommend their service.

As potential buyers, we decided to stay as far as possible from any deals published by Neho.

The overall experience you have as a buyer is totally negative. You may have a quick chance to see a house, basically no chances to talk to the agents, and little transparency about the overall buying process and weak property documentation. The quality of the interactions when discussing properties that go in the 7 digits is just unacceptable.

Honestly, I’d rather pay a 50k premium on a property of that value in order to get a very clear and easy buying experience.

After 2 houses visited like that, it’s more than enough.
