Brilliant service

Brilliant service - an error message was received when I went to publish our site, I logged a ticket and it was fixed in minutes - this saved me wasting lots of time - really pleased and grateful.

I recommend NetNerd

I have used NetNerd (previously known as FreeVirtualServers) for several years. Their web hosting is great value, with all the features I need and more. Support tickets are always responded to promptly, often within the hour, and resolved as soon as technically possible thereafter - sometimes in minutes.

Been using this server for over 7 yrs…

Been using this server for over 7 yrs now; the only problems I've ever had I've caused myself, and the staff have here have been as helpful as anyone could wish, and quick with it too. For what we pay a year, and for the amount of service and support we get - even for my own errors - they are brilliant. Thank you all.

Excellent Support - again

I have been with netnerd for a number of years. I find that they are so responsive whenever you have a problem. I had a problem today with uploading pdf files and they investigated the problem made teh required changes and now everything works. Thank you and credit where credit due. Thank you.

I've been using this company in various…

I've been using this company in various guises since I built my first site many, many years ago. Every time that I have asked for help it has been given in double quick time and any problems that I have created have been resolved without quibble.
I won't be going anywhere else.

Well above average support

I have need support quite a few times and can say nobody tries to go the extra mile more than these guys, they volunteer to help rather than being in a panic to close the ticket

Amazing service

Amazing service. Highlighted an issue causing my website to go offline. Tech support replied in under 15 mins having fixed the issue. They left the ticket open until I had tested the site and when all was well and confirmed, the ticket was then closed.
