I ordered two night table lamps
I ordered two night table lamps. One lampshade was not good glued and looks therefor not round, the other one was ok.
I wanted to ask if I could get just a new lampshade, but the only way to handle complains seems to be to return the defect article. This was not really worth it for me.
I bought some glue and hope I can fix it myself.
Besides the dimmig does not work.
However, the nighttable lamp looks as nice as expected.

defective product
I have ordered a light and it was defective in a way that I could not install it at all. The light could not stay straight due to the problem. I returned the light and asked for the same light but intact one. You send me another one but it still does not stay straight as it is expected. I did not return it as I was tired of returning such a heavy item for the second time. but I am not satisfied at all.

We ordered two Cleo lamp covers 60cm in grey for our living room, it was actually our first time buying from Nettilamppu.fi. The lamps arrived in great shape and they were double-boxed, which was a nice touch. What really stood out was that the delivery guy actually called ahead to check when would be a good time to drop them off. And the delivery was pretty quick too! I think it only took about five days from when I placed the order.

Follow up mail suggests that by clicking this link you can see the pickup location. This goes to suppliers website that provides no information at all where the package is. Just numbers and dates and statuses. No reply information available for the email just a clumsy contact form to be filled.

No product no refund
I ordered LPFI233463 two LED transformers. The order was delayed and then when it was sent I did not get a notification that it was available for pickup and the order was sent back. I still haven't been refunded or received the product and it is two months after I ordered them.

The order was delayed despite during ordering it showed a couple of items left. When I was informed by email that it would be delayed. In the email it was said that estimated time of delivery could be found from the attachments. But the information was missing there. What’s the point of sending notifications with no necessary information. Disappointing. The shipment is on the way so still need to wait for a couple more days.

More than a month to deliver
It took about a month to deliver my order. I wanted to return it because I didn't like the quality of the items, but I decided to keep them because it would probably take a long time to get a refund. So I will just never buy from nettilamppu again.
