Excellent basic course, I would like to try the monthly subscription when I am able but this is a great intro, some lovely practices that I have been incorporating into my daily life. It’s not a quick fix but it helps to build a more robust baseline and healing springs from that.

I think the is easily the best resource I have ever found via the internet. Lots of gentle encouragement, but no pressure. Excellent resources that you can access in your own time. Really reasonable rates and no hidden gotchas.

I have found Neurotoned incredibly helpful. One of the things I appreciate most is that the practices are short and manageable, which makes it much easier to fit them into daily life and complete them at my own pace, especially when energy is low.
Madi was absolutely lovely during my welcome chat: friendly, supportive and helpful. She made me feel comfortable straight away and took the time to answer my questions with patience.
The practices themselves really do make a noticeable difference when done regularly. I find them practical and accessible, even on days when my energy is limited.
I also recently attended one of the monthly live sessions with Candice and thoroughly enjoyed it. She has such a calming, soothing presence and creates a space that feels safe, supportive, and restorative.

Neurotoned has been a big part of my health journey. As someone who suffers from chronic anxiety and depression I’ve had my share of remedies. Regardless of the prescription I’ve been prescribed the results along that path have followed the same tried and failed pattern. Over time this has added to the hopelessness that has consumed me. After my brother took his life last year I was desperate for lasting results. I don’t remember how I found Neurotone, but I’d so glad I have. Even though I have not been practicing long I feel better than I have in years. There are a variety of methods and tools that I now have to address the mounting mental block I was encountering; all of them serve to shift my perspective and given me the fast acting and long lasting relief I’ve been after. This goes far beyond anything I ever found in a bottle.

I have purchased the 30 Day Neurotoned Program and printed off the workbook. I have yet to start, but have watched a couple of the videos, and I have felt my body softening just doing this. I have read a few emails detailing other courses and I will be joining the monthly program once I have completed this course, as I resonated with every symptom detailed in the emails. I have great hope for this course and the benefits I will reap from doing the work.

I have been so impressed with the professional delivery and content of the Neurotoned programme and I have noticed a lot of positive shifts in myself. It has helped me recognise just how impacting my thoughts are on my experience and has offered me tools to use whenever needed. The practises have enhanced my awareness and I can more easily refocus my thoughts, calming myself and shifting back into a more balanced state.

I especially liked the somatic work with shame and how bodyposture effects your emotions. Candice Winterboer an somatic experienced practioner and traumainformed coach is so gentle and encouraging. That week was "Healing shame with compassion & body wisdom." Easy to understand and very gentle but powerful.

Neurotoned focuses on the actaul biology of the nervous system, how to reset it versus how my body got there in the first place. The techniques I've tried have been great. I know this requires me to make small changes, they do pay off. I'm looking forward to the upcoming workshop on insomnia! Pretty sure I won't have anyone suggesting warm milk, melatonin, etc. but the real science behind the insomnia and how to correct it. Thanks Neurotoned!
