Fairly fast shipping considering it’s coming from overseas. Product as described and expected- I recommend getting samples. Very pleased with how they look. A little pricey but it was a splurge we felt was worth it based on where it is going. A little rough or unfinished on the edges but doesn’t show that much since we have inside mount. Overall very pleased.

The product is well made and beautiful (relaxed Roman shades) and the customer service couldn’t have been better. I had an issue with the pull cords being too short, and customer service addressed it immediately and fairly - sending a replacement product with no hassle. I will be shopping here again and recommending to family and friends.

The curtains look nice until we push them up. It seems the fold are not in the right place and they look crooked. It takes patience to get them to lay just right. Otherwise they are great.

I chose Neutral Curtains because they provide the best instructions for measuring and also deliver their sample books quickly and at no cost to me. The curtains arrived promptly in less than a week and were
the perfect length. They were packaged well and the wrinkles fell out with no ironing or steaming needed. I do wish they would sell c-hooks for use on already-installed rods that have returns that mount to the wall.

Vivienne Plaid Striped Linen Roman Shades, Top Down Bottom Up
I ordered two of these in "Beige Fog" a couple of months ago for the bathroom. The fabric is very nice, and with the "Privacy" white lining, allows a fair amount of light into the room during the day but prevents you from seeing even shadows at night. The top/down and bottom/up operation are both very smooth and I've had no issues so far. The shipment arrived in under 2 weeks and was in perfect condition. Installation took less than 15 min for each shade. The only slight downside is that the horizontal plastic slats within the fabric that ensure it folds neatly are somewhat visible, and when backlit look sort of yellowish against the bright white fabric. But all in all, a very beautiful shade.
