Newchip 

Not all accelerators are equal, and you get what you put in. While there are no guarantees that your project will get funded, the Newchip six months program will give you the confidence to present any project effectively and efficiently. My experience with Newchip's mentors during office hours, pitch deck development, and delivery were excellent. And even after the program finished, I still received support from the Newchip Investment Relationship team.

It is a good investment.

EDIT: it seems like new chip flagged my review as “not based on real experience”. I saw they practice this a lot and somehow they manage to get a bunch of the negative reviews dismissed. The fact that they flagged this one as not on real experience while we both know that we were enrolled in the program, speaks enough about what type of company they are. Just stay away from this program. You're better off just working on your company and binge-watching youtube videos about entrepreneurship - pretty much that sums it up.

OLDER REVIEW: Please stay away from this program. We have went through the entire program, finished all the required docs, did all the stuff and also presented to one Demo day and pitched to multiple investors but NONE were a good fit and that's because they were looking for established businesses that were having figures like 50k MRR. Even the people who were working for Newchip were saying that it was a big mess and were advising us in leaving bad reviews.
Since 12 months have passed and none of the investors were a good fit, so because Newchip failed to bring investors that were looking for startups at our stage - *we also wasted a lot of time in meetings and BS stuff - we've tried to get our money back, but guess what, it's impossible while invoking a bunch of BS from their side.

Newchip is a worthwhile experience for a new Founder. l learned to set a foundation for my business to build it to a successful operation. The people were helpful and will always be a part of my greater network. Thank you for an incredible experience, Newchip!

I completed the Newchip Accelerator in Dec. 2021 as CEO of Joticle, Inc. and have many positive things to say about them. First, I firmly believe you are only going to get out of a program, if you go all in and stay on top of things with them, you will have a productive experience. Take note founders, investors just don't hand you money because you think you have a good idea. Come prepared to go in 110%. Had many great introductions a couple turned into checks, some are relationships still being nurtured for the long run. Our mentor was amazing and really helped build our advisory board with a clear vision. Newchip still stays in contact with me and are remaining engaged long after we have completed and that has been a great side benefit as we push into our Wefunder community round.

As a Founder, I am privileged to be a part of Newchip Accelerator. I have came across prolific leaders who are not only smart in their domains; but also very humble, kind and happy to help.
At all stages of venture building, Newchip has been active support for me. I have learned aspects of company incorporation, GTM, raising funds, outreaching investors, branding and honing my communication skills for all stakeholders by associating with Newchip.

I am very happy to recommend everyone to Newchip for expertise of all team-members who have singular mission of helping founders and who are very kind, humble and empathetic.

As an experienced tech entrepreneur who'd candidly rather build products & software companies than raise money, I viewed Newchip like my personal trainer helping hold me accountable for fundraising while running and building the business. I really appreciated the monthly mastermind sessions and connecting with other founders and most importantly we got over 200+ VC intros after our Demo Day

NewChip had been extremely helpful during our stay with their founder's program. Their ability to find good mentors, work with you to prepare you for an investor session, and for sure introduce you to venture capital funds without hesitation.

We are a Seed-stage company who joined Newchip back in June. I wanted to wait a few months before leaving a review to get the full experience and my co-founder and I have had nothing but good things to say. We felt a little lost after launch day due to all the different speakers and emails sent but shortly after we got started everything fell into place.

We've had a great mentor who really supported us throughout the journey and our mastermind advisor is also fantastic. Looking forward to speaking with their investor relations team as everyone has been super helpful thus far.

I'm enjoying working with Susannah Jones. She is a good listener, empathetic, and naturally cares for the success of my fundraising. Since she starting to support the TRIPA project, our interaction with potential investors increased.

A lot of learning, mentorship and connecting. Most happy about the mentornity, hotseats and pitchdeck reviews. Special mention to Emmica Brits for hosting such wonderful Mastermind sessions.

I'd like to recommend revisiting the order of the curriculum. I'd also suggest putting in place some sort of habituation or incentive to use the community better. I think therein lies a hidden potential which a lot of people fail to see.

We did the program to fundraise, and they introduced us to 25 investors, couldn't be better!

Newchip accelerator program was one of the key milestone of our company journey which helped us in understanding the fundraising process and the market dynamics. Our program managers were world class operators which helped us in getting hands on feedback to our problems and taking the right steps

This program is 100% NOT designed for LATAM founders - even though they promise you they are. Not only did we have an EXCEPTIONALLY difficult time to go through to the Investor Relations team (2nd part of the program) but we have been bounced around from one contact to the other. Its been 3 months since we graduated and NO ONE has begun helping us out with outreach.
I know of other LATAM startups that are facing the same situation as I am. DO NOT signup - this is a COMPLETE waste of your money.

Newchip is an amazing program for the startups, they provide tremendous support for the team. They have expertise from running the operations to fund raising. Loved being part of the program.

While I cannot attest to the accelerator aspect as I am an investor, I did close one of my earliest deals with the assistance of the Newchip leadership. Since I was a novice at the time, they could have taken advantage of my naivete, but they chose not to. I respect honorable business practices, and I found them to be very fair and honest. Yes, they may be a bit sales-y, but an honest salesperson is probably who you want in your field in this industry. I suppose I'd liken them to a realtor. Sure there's a pitch, but there are many reasons most people don't buy a house without a realtor.
