Gone to bankruptcy, no response from them, and bank can't refund it as to long gone since last direct debit, any advice?

Anyone had their refunds yet from new wave please? Anyone could advise me how I can get my money back from them ?

I tried to warn everyone, with the infamous Whistle Blower paper, I worked for this scaming company, they lied to customers on a daily basis, they roped people in for training which they never had any intention of supplying for vast majority everything was a delaying tactic, they would stop paying there own workers salaries and were black listed by most of the training companies as they would never pay there bills, the owner an his team have set up numerous other online nefarious companies to dupe as many people as possible, such a shame that these people are allowed to even operate, they will each get the retribution they duly deserve in due course, that is the only consulation.

I paid £2299 for LGV course back last September. Passed medical & passed theory test and that’s it. What a poor company I chose, awful communication and forgetful. Seems like they just want your money! Now gone into liquidation got the headache of trying to claim any money back. I paid by Visa over the phone and my bank says unless I paid by credit card they can’t help me

They took 2000 pound and never received training it’s horrible company please do not pay to them

Anybody has refund from bank? Our bank doing refund for 48 hours and after 2 weeks barclays take money back.

I all ready pay 2800£ I pass my theory, hazard and cpc test and still waiting for driving Practice 2 months now without any response.I call them 100 times with no answer, 2 days ago they cancel my direct debit without any reason and today I get refund of 150 pounds. Really I don't know what to do and how to get money back

Absolute con artists!!!!

Booked three theory tests and lied over and over for half a year about my practical training and test day.

After paying monthly consistently for the duration of time never missed a payment to them. At the end they agreed after many emails sent back and forth complaining about the unprofessional response. Finally they emailed back claiming to refund me £250 after I paid £1600.

Hi, I have paid in full for the course fees, also I have done my hazard and theory and failed the theory a month ago, bee trying to get in touch with them to get me another theory booked in and no joy, doing a bit of research online I have found all this reviews from clearly people that have been on the same situation as myself.. don't know what to do now in order to get my money back.. need to dig deeper on this an make some phone calls as I don't belive that this is happening to us all..

I paid £2000 and got my theory test and medical I had to travel to Kendal from Glasgow to complete this . But as yet I haven't received my practical

I’ve put in over £1000 to doing my hgv training I want a refund. This has made me reluctant to even go with another company who knows if they are all conmen, if one can do it they all can.

Sad to see this news but it is what it is.

Had done up to the practical mod 4 with them. But still needed a retest. Hope they manage to sort things if possible. But sad to see them go. Had a good team in place.

Every review receives the same response - an email has been sent by New Wave detailing what steps we must take in order to claim a refund. There is no email, this is a delaying tactic. Surely this is a case of fraud?

SCUM THEIVES .paid £1300 had nothing back tried calling 47 times no answer taken them to court haven't answered. the court now time for the bayliffs THESE ARE REAL SCUM PEOPLE TAKE YOUR DREAMS AND CAREER AND STEAL YOUR MONEY PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID save your self a lot of pain and hassle LIKE SAID THEIVES AND SCUM

Scam!! Please do not book any course with them like I did! They will make up dates for course and come back with rubbish excuses and push you back. They confirmed a refund that never showed up. Luckily I payed with a credit card and was covered.

These are utta con men that ran off with £3500!!

Absolutely disgusted with this company, been trying to contact them for two weeks now after paying £2,799 for my Class 2 HGV Licence and, can’t get through on the phone and no one responds to emails but yet they are still sending emails to tell me they will charge £233.33 per month for 6 months to Upgrade to the Class 1 training. How about you f***ing phone me or email me back!!

Scam company I paid full amount £2500 for all cours in 2020 and still can found me the date to do the driving test. I keep emailing, calling, no one answered to me.
