Hi everyone. So New Wave have not asked me to leave a review I have left on my owe accord. First of all its the best value for money as its training AND recruitment assistance. Secondly the team of sooo dedicated and they are always in contact. Anytime I want to know something they are there. Third they have so much info for you to learn and get thru the trainig. I passed everything FIRST time with New wave driver school.

complete the course three weeks ago, very happy with the service, trainer communicated very well, great sense of humour, at times talk to much but a lovely guy. Would highly recommend this course to everyone.

This company has constantly refused to pay back the money i gave for my HGV. i parted with £2,000 pounds. i had the medical and passed!! however my doctor said i have a heart condition that stopped me doing this. i went for a check up and hospital also said the same. i sent all documentation to New wave. they agreed to re fund less the cost of the medical. this was 2 years ago. i have also informed them that i changed bank. and was at first informed that neither could they refund to another bank, or issue a check as it would be many laundering!!!!! after calling at least 20 times, mailing, going to my old bank to get statements, still no refund. since this i have been registered disabled. and have no money, i have talked to Osman from customer service he assured me on several occasions many had been sent. i am now left with no option but to go to small claims with this. i am disgusted with the treatment i have received from this company

Shocking company. Was firstly miss sold the wrong informatIon to try and get me to book onto a class 2 course as “apparently” one of the salesmen Tom Riley informed me that the rules changes would only be coming into force in a couple of years time. Wrong! I stupidly paid a £200 deposit and was given a login details straight away to log into an app to practice for my theory…..that was it! There was no welcome pack or terms and conditions sent through to me, no payment plan in place to pay off the course no nothing until I decided to cancel the course within the allotted cooling off period. In order to cancel I emailed Tom back. He then funnily sent me a welcome pack with all the terms and conditions and then advised me to email “operations” with my request. Again I confirmed with operations that I wanted to cancel and again emailed Tom. He rang again and said that my money would be returned within 3 to 5 days. It’s long passed that and now they are all uncontactable. After numerous phone calls, voicemails to both the customer service number, Tom Rileys direct number and sales number there is no answer what’s so ever. I have emailed countless times asking for an update and have heard nothing back at all!
I am relieved it’s only £200 I have given them as no doubt people will have lost a lot more money with this rogue company. I will definitely be taking this further just for the principal of having my money stolen from me!
I’d advise people to read the shocking reviews of this company as if I would have seen these first I wouldn’t have gone anywhere near these thieves.

My son had a terrible experience with his Class 2, no support at all unless he asked for it, all tuition is via an app. Practical test booked then cancelled at the last minute, new date booked but rushed so he failed, then was charged £600 for a retest (not mentioned in the contract!). Wouldn't book practical unless fees paid in full, despite having a 12 month finance plan that still had 3 months to run. Cancelled 2 CPC dates in August and as at today is still waiting for a new date from them - there has been no attempt to rebook this at all!
My son decided to book elsewhere for his CPC and has now passed his Class 1 first time with another school who secured him a date within 3 weeks of enquiring in September.

All sounded good How wrong was I !!!!!!!!!!

They had my deposit I didn’t get my dates for training or any enthusiasm from the company at all. I secured my own cpc and theory and hazard perception and travelled 1000 mile round trip.
I contacted them again for a refund as they had done nothing for me apart from 1 piece of software and wanted to charge me £120 off my deposit for this! I can get the same software for £4.99 on App Store.
All this in less than 5 days!
Ripped off be very wary of this company! Maybe they might respond as the issue is public the now

This School is the worst! Do not go here! Go elsewhere! No instructors and no help you learn more from by yourself. They're a hot mess very unorganized and unprofessional. Once that money comes in your dead to them. I would not recommend this school to anybody. the worst experience so far in my life, this school is just a group of gangsters that all they want is your money, this school is a scam.
When I went there the first time I explain to them my situation and al the sacrifices that would have to do in order to go to school and get my Class A license, because I live about 2h driving from the schooling's order to have your driving lesson, and the beginning all the do is trying to convince you to sing the paper work right in the moment, all they use nice word to make you think that everything is going to be fine and that they going to help you!!l this "school is a scam, the instructors don’t know what they are doing because they cancel all my class in August after been swap my days off so i could attend on the day before my lesson and rebook all the class and exam that i food out it been cancel few days before when i was try to get the address to where i suppose to have my classes , they don’t even try to work with your work schedule, in the administration they just play the game with you to make you think that everything is good till they got you money for the program after that no body give you answers for your concerns, no body pick up the phone, they send you to voice mail and never answer your needs! and when they answer the phone, special the lady call
LYNDSEY TALLENTIRE she is so rude and bossy not giving you option its always the way she wants or no deal plus she use to hang up phone on my face let me talk by my self and not once she did that Don’t you ever go to NEW WAVE DRIVING SHOOL I know they all scam… still didn't finish my driving license yet it should be done long time but still here unhappy about it. i bought i package as well in sale or promotion and later after i finish to pay they said i didn't understand the contract so I'm paid for something and later i found out isn't that i want im so disappointed.

Not a driving school there a recruitment agency, they have no vehicle despite the website showing a mass a vehicles all sign written up, They claim that New Wave is highly recommended by companies as a top driving school, (what a complete load of BS)
They are breaking trading standard and FCA policy. KEEP AWAY.

Hi, I would like to advise you not to train with them. They are not professional. It’s a scam. They will take money from you. They have no vehicle and instructor to give training. They will send you to someone else and you may have to travel 200 miles.I took week off from work and paid for hotel to stay near Brighton. But they managed to give me only 6 hours of training in whole week. No test happened then they book me again, I traveled from Birmingham to down south again and they cancelled it again. After lot of call and email they book it again and provide 3 hours of training in the nigh time from 5pm to 8pm and test on next morning after few hours of training and I failed. Since then nobody has contacted me. Any questions please ask me. I know them very well.

BEWARE !!!SCAM!! me and my 2 other friends paid this school £3500/each, the worst driving school ever.. teaches how to fail basically so you book more lessons and they earn money from you, i was not even taught how to reverse my truck untill i appear for the TEST and FAILED. They dont even have their own space to teach you. Extremely unprofessional people and scammers i would say.

Took out training with this company they told us they were only going to take deposit but ended up taking nearly £200 more from my card I requested the training to be cancelled within 14 days but this company is refusing to cancel and refusing to refund my money and on top calling me asking me for payments and threatening to put a mark on my credit file and default my name. Have not done any training with the company they are forcing us
to stay, please stay away from this fraudulent company they will take your money, harass you for payments, refuse to cancel and leave you out of pocket and suffering from stress and you can never get through to them when you ring and they will reply back to your emails after you have sent about 10-20 complaints. Would not
recommend this diabolical company to anyone, they just take your money.

Never again, only got myself in debt because off them. Don't provide anything they are promising. Never calls back and never get email replies.
Don't let you to cancel, and don't provide anything. They don't bother on anything, they just receive money from Omni Capital and leave you without course and to pay for nothing.
+ They make a contract, but don't know what's written in it.

Great advice from the start. All good and passed first time. Price wasn't ridiculous like some of the HGV training companies. Im happy!
