I am disappointed with the after-sales support and warranty handling from this company.

We use this blender commercially for smoothies under normal daily operating conditions, exactly as intended for a commercial-grade machine. However, the jug developed a fault within the warranty period.

Despite explaining the situation clearly and requesting support, our warranty claim was rejected as “wear and tear,” which we do not consider reasonable given the short period of use. We also experienced long delays in communication and had to repeatedly follow up to receive responses.

We even offered to return the defective jug for inspection, but the issue still remains unresolved.

At this stage, I am disappointed both with the product durability and the customer service experience.

I quickly found the product I was looking for and placed the order with next day delivery confirmed. The price, product and delivery I was just looking for - thank you!

Weeks since I placed my order and paid but still no delivery or information. Shambles. Spends hours calling and nobody answers. Can't even leave a voicemail. Have logged issues through their website and no response. This business is a joke. Do not use.

Id give them -10000 star if i could.

Ordered my item 2 weeks ago and paid £400 and it hasn't even been processed yet. Tried numerous times to contact via email and live chat and there is no response. I have now emailed to cancel my order.....to which Ive had no reply. Shocking company taking money straight away for products they don't deliver. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

No communication. Phone calls not answered or a message says to try webchat. Web chat says to email. Email response say to use webchat.

Really easy website to navigate with everything you could need for catering, restaurants or cafés. Lots of sale items, good brands and really good value prices too. My last delivery took a little longer than expected, so I’m hoping this order arrives a bit quicker, but overall a great company with a huge range of equipment and supplies.

Absolute con I ordered an ice maker but it wasn’t what we needed didn’t take it out of the box, arrange collection for a refund but they said they would deduct the restocking fee which I accepted but 5 weeks later no refund and you can’t get contact with anyone. Absolutely disgusting customer service

Very disappointed – poor service and no communication
I placed and paid for my order on 10/05/2026, and as of today, it still has not been received. There has been absolutely no update or explanation for the delay, which is extremely frustrating.
What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication from the company. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are ignored, and the live chat is completely useless — it feels like there is no real support available at all.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially after taking payment upfront. Customers should not have to chase a company this much just to get basic information about their order.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, as the after-sales support is shocking.

Great price and very reasonable delivery charges (unlike other sites that seem to offer good prices but then charge £50 delivery!) Product looks good quality and matches what it will replace. Can't wait to receive it

They take your money and you don’t see the items.
They don’t reply to emails, calls etc and the live chat is useless. I’m now going to go through trading standards to get my money back. Shocking company.
