Cancelled order, still not received credit back of nearly £3000 a month later

Ignoring all attempt's at communication.

Theft, pure and simple

Absolute joke of a company! I ordered a cake display cabinet unit on the 2nd of August & paid £170 for 48hour delivery. It’s now the 23rd of August & I still have no cake display cabinet. The telephone number doesn’t ever work & zero corespondents from the email. I’m getting back in touch with my credit card company tomorrow to claim my money back, as I’ve been told I had to give the company 14 working days to resolve the issue. Not so much as a reply!

Ordered a juicer 18months ago it broke a week later they did not reply to emails and are now ignoring me.

Also they just buy from Adexa save your money & take your chances direct!

Accidentally ordered from them again forgot the company name any way ordered a £600 mixer it broke after a week and again they are now ignoring me.

Dodgy company they have had loads look up their HMRC.
It’s a family affair lots of liquidation.

Gave up got my electrician to fix it btw it’s also a mixer from adexa that they didn’t advertise …

please do not order expecting delivery as stated - was informed on the item next day deliver also on the delivery option would be shipped same day however we are now 4 full days later and noone can tell me where the shipment is or even provide me with a tracking number. when speaking with customer services they are argumentative and abrupt and all i want is to know where the product i have purchased is and noone can tell me.
