Website made me nervous that it was a scam, but ended up ok

Competitive pricing and an excellent catalogue.

The website gave far more details about the microwave I bought than normal sellers which let me make the choice to buy this machine as I could see it would perfectly match the needs I required.

please do not order expecting delivery as stated - was informed on the item next day deliver also on the delivery option would be shipped same day however we are now 4 full days later and noone can tell me where the shipment is or even provide me with a tracking number. when speaking with customer services they are argumentative and abrupt and all i want is to know where the product i have purchased is and noone can tell me.

Absolutely ridiculous company, ordered some racking shown on website **fast dispatch within 2-3 days** 2-3 days go by no emails, no tracking, I sent 6 emails to customer service over a 10 days span with absolutely no responses at all. I finally receive some tracking but it’s fake DX courier confirm it’s just data and they have never received the actual product so was clearly to try stall time.
How this company is even trading is beyond me! Fake tracking, deliberate false advertising and horrendous reviews from most customers! Anyway next stop trading standards I won’t let this slip!

Easy ordering

Item came and working well to now but just be aware they do not deliver next day as promised. Also when emailing them to ask about item I got no response and you can't contact them by phone.

Should have read the reviews before I bought it. Ordered a stainless steel basin and taps for next day delivery, 2 weeks on still no sink, no reply to emails and useless contact number , avoid at all cost is you want your equipment

Update - fridge landed and is great but took 15 days. Delivery company left on a pallet and wasn't un boxed and taken away. As advertised. Joke.

Avoid - the name "Next Day Catering" is very misleading. I ordered a bench fridge on Monday, advertised as next day delivery. When I tried to query the delivery time, I emailed customer service three times and got no response at all. If you're relying on the delivery timescale advertised, don't - and don't expect anyone to answer if something doesn't go to plan.

They deserve less than one, but that is not an opinion here. Ordered a table, received no order confirmation and then over a week later the table appeared. Tried to contact the company about a return however it is impossible to contact an actual human, only dome ai assistant who “will pass this onto an employee”. Its been over a month and no contact from anyone. Tried everything possible. Absolutely terrible. The products themselves are very bad, refurbished and not in a very good way - should have not bothered at all and purchased as second hand one. Things always arrive damaged, rusty in corners and bent.

Ordered a packaging machine its cheaper than other website.

Cheapest by a long way...

Too good to be true.

Now a week later and nothing.

Let's see how we get on over the next couple of weeks.

Appalling service. Oreded a drinks fridge on 4th august still waiting for delivery with no update what so ever.

I would not recommend Next Day Catering based on my experience.

I ordered a commercial stove which was never dispatched or delivered. I have contacted Sam on multiple occasions and requested a refund, but it has now been over a month and I still have not received my money back.

The communication and handling of the refund have been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and make sure they are fully satisfied with the company’s processes before placing an order.

I am still waiting for my money to be returned.
