Customer service is a joke.

I was happy with next level goods until recently I received a hat with the stitching coming out and no responds when I have tried to reach out. I will no longer be using this company unless they make good on this order!

SCAM company,

F*** up company,
My review same as everyone else they wont send you the product, they take your money quickly, the same response, 3 to 5 business days is what they told me, I emailed them 3 times, once they even said my product would be mailed out today. LIES!!! I waited over 2 weeks never got my husband's hat, the company is a TOTAL SCAM, if you order from them, you do it at your own risk, you will lose your money and you wont get a product. The one stars are 92%. They work as a scam company on Instagram and Facebook. Scam, Scam, Scam.

Same as everyone else

Same as everyone else. I ordered 2 hats on the 6th of June. No info on shipping. emailed them and was told that they will be shipping the next day, that was 4 days ago. I had emailed twice and received fast responses. My last email was demanding a refund... Funny how that one has not been responded to.
This company is a rip off and I am disappointed in myself fo falling for it. $37 bucks down the drain.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They tell you 3-5 business days and don’t honor it. It has now been 11 days and still no update on my product I ordered. When you contact them, you get automated responses. They don’t answer their phone. Horrible business practices

I wish I could give 0 stars

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered two hats from them 12 days ago. After not receiving not even getting a tracking number for a week on what was supposed to be 3-4 day shipping, I emailed them asking for a refund and got a reply that my order was ready to ship. As of today, no tracking number, no hats, no refund. I emailed again requesting a refund and have had no other replies from them.

I ordered a hat almost 2 weeks ago

I ordered a hat 2 weeks ago. Was told it would arrive within 2-3 business days. I wanted the hat for my vacation that I’m taking in 4 days. Yesterday I sent an email to them asking where my order was. Today I received a response that my hat had been embroidered and is pending shipping.

I asked for a full refund. I will not order from this company again. If they cannot deliver on time for the price that we pay then I don’t need their services. I could’ve gotten this hat cheaper and faster on Amazon.

Ordered a shirt on June 7th today is…

Ordered a shirt on June 7th today is June 14th. They said that they would email me within 3 to 5 business days once shipped with a tracking number. A week later here I am no response from an email I sent asking for a tracking number. No shirt. 0 response. And from the reviews it doesn't look like I'm going to get one

ZERO Customer Service

Absolutely ZERO customer service. Apparently they're not interested in selling their product. Their 800 phone line tells you to text them, but they won't return response. Not even an email response. No excuse for their lack in customer service and it's no surprise because I see they have a 1.5 trust pilot review. 1.5 really? Now it just got lower!

Kept money for overpayment

I accidently placed the same order twice. I emailed them to correct it, which they did. What they did NOT do was refund my overpayment. Over a month and still have not received my refund. No response, nothing. They just ignore me and have my kept my $100.

This place is full of a bunch ofThis place is full of a bunch of liars the girl Amber Johnson that works there does nothing but lie and give you the runaround I bought four shirts and their website put in the wrong sizes when they sent them back to me and I contacted them and they told me that their website had a glitch but yet they didn't fix them and send me out the wrong stuff anyway then they didn't answer me for almost 12 days then they turn around and made me ship them back to him after 3 weeks pay to ship it back got it now they won't answer me back no refund no nothing then they decide to send me out shirts and they're the wrong ones again and they stiffed me out of one now they won't answer me back again do not order from this place you will get ripped off and they will play cat and mouse games with you they're a bunch of liars do not buy from Next Level Goods they are the worst company ever

The headache of playing cat and mouse.

I ordered a hat once I received it after a month of playing a bunch of cat and mouse on email. The hat was decent quality. End result I will never order anything from them again. If it outfit cannot guarantee shipping, they should not be doing business.

No customer service response

No customer service response. I ordered a shirt, then they wrote me stating that due to a glitch they no longer had the size and information about whether I wanted to print on the front or back. This instantly made me doubt the quality of the shirt and I asked to cancel. They never responded so I wrote and requested to cancel again. They never responded and then sent me the shirt with the logo on the wrong side and in the wrong size.

Deceptive Company

I ordered two shirts the wrong size. I sent them an email, paid $13.40 to return wrong size items, then had to get PayPal involved to get the invoice to resend shirts for shipping at $6.99. I paid it and waited for over a month to get proper size items.They sent the same wrong size, contacted them again and they said they would send two new shirts to me with the correct size for no additional charge. I waited three months and finally the items arrived. Again they were the same wrong size. Had to get PayPal involved again who gave me all my money back for the purchase, and the two added shipping expenses. This company is NOT one you want to do business with no matter how cool the item looks. They are a deceptive company that does not care about customer service at all. They only want your money.
