Ordered hat from website. Took a while to get it. When I opened the package I noticed the hat was damaged. Fibers were disrupted and there was a hole. I took a photo and emailed it to them. No response so I called and left a voice message. NO RESPONSE!!!.No wonder this "company" has so many BAD REVIEWS!
This company claims to support veterans…
This company claims to support veterans and our country but blatantly disrespects our flag by placing it on apparel. Our flag is not a symbol for advertising or profiteering, it is a symbol for our ideals and our way of life. Using the US flag as a prop to sell clothing to others to support veterans is a slap in the face to any who have served and know what that flags stands for. Shame on these people.

I have bought from them twice. They have awesome products. Very high quality! But they are slow getting your orders out, but worth the wait!
Scam
Past 12 days of placing an order I contacted their helpline to know what was going on and get a tentative ETA of my order - was given elusive answers by a person signed as David Miller and no ETA. The refund request was unanswered, of course. I doubt I will ever receive my order - it is evidently a scam.

DO NOT buy from this company without first paying attention to the negative reviews; trust me they are not making this stuff up! They have NON-EXISTENT customer service, and a company churning out this much product most certainly can make mistakes and should have someone helping to rectify them. I had high hopes for future purchases from this company because they sell a great deal of products that appeal to my husband at the current time. I will NEVER buy from them again! I have left several voicemails on the "customer service" line (you never get a person to answer), as well as emails with pictures after receiving the wrong product. Not one return call, not one returned email. I escalated it to Paypal, only to receive a response from NextLevel three days later with the tracking info...receiving the package was NEVER the issue, receiving the WRONG product was; they obviously did not even read the dispute! I am still waiting (just a few more days) before I escalate the issue, but I am not holding my breath for them to get their sh** together! Sad for a small U.S. business to be so disorganized, and even worse to blatantly steal people's money without blinking an eye. When the evidence shows you that you're wrong, make it right...clearly not NextLevel's motto! Think twice before ordering.
