I purchased 3’hats from Next Level Goods. I am not a ‘frequent’ online shopper so I became a little nervous. However, each inquiry I had (2) was met with a quick detailed response and I received my high-quality hats as advertised. 👍🏻👍🏻 two thumbs up!

Hat came with embroidery crooked

Hat came with embroidery crooked, I contacted Help.Support, sent picture with no response. Thank goodness I used PayPal and filed a complaint, then they responded saying they sent the correct product. Escalated issue with PayPal and got refund. WARNING: DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

First off I ordered a hat

First off I ordered a hat. When I looked at the charge they charged me for 2. After an email they said they'll fix it within 2 days and put the Xtra charge back on my card. Well here it is 2 weeks later and still no money or merchandise. I'll update this review when they decide to rectify this situation

I placed an order for 2 shirts

I placed an order for 2 shirts, and a flag 2/25/23. I received the shirts, but nothing else. I have tried contacting the company a half dozen times, and received a response saying they sent it. I told them they didn't. I included that if it was supposed to be in the same package as the shirts, it wasn't. If sent separate, it wasn't. We live rural so all delivery people know us, and neighbors routinely bring a wrong delivery to each other. The last message I got from them stated they would look into it. That was several weeks ago, and still no update. I know I am out the $20. I will never buy from this company again, and urge others to avoid them. It's a shame that they cater to a Veteran consumer base, then screw us!

Awful

Awful! Plac d an order, they didn't send tracking, asked for help, then sent auto emails instead of handling the issue. They don't return phone calls. Cancelled the order multiple times, requesting a refund as the items hadn't shipped. They never acknowledged my emails requests! They just kept saying it's back ordered. Don't care about that, I wanted to cancel! Now, I just got another email stating that they're sending out an item I have literally cancelled several times. I have informed my bank.

Tired of dealing with them!!

This past February, I submitted an order to Next Level Goods for three hats and a decal for my truck. When I received my invoice, it stated that I qualified for a mystery hat and decal!! When my package arrived, I received the original three hats only. When I inquired about the decal I paid for, they said look inside the hats. I did, and there was no decal. So I wrote back! No decal no mystery stuff!! We have been going in circles!! Three weeks ago, they said it will be shipped in 2 – 3 days. Today I wrote back, 2 – 3 days has long passed, what is the status!! They responded the order was canceled!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

They have not shipped anything that I…

They have not shipped anything that I order in over 2 weeks yet took the money out of my account which no business should be able to charge your account before shipping the products, I've been asking for over a week now to cancel the order and refund my money and I keep getting excuses as I demand they cancel and refund. Do not buy anything from these people, they will steal your money.

Absolutely the worst customer service

I would give them a 0 if possible. Placed 2 orders for 2 hats each. Received first order, did not receive second order. Contacted Seller with no results. Will never order from them again. My loss..They show tracking by USPS but order not received, Also they do not show any record of second order details in my customer account info. Never received confirmation of order. Shipper is never responsible for not receiving an order, ask UPS or Fed Ex.

HORRIBLE Quality & Customer Service

HORRIBLE! RUN!! They refuse to stand behind their products and will not return phone calls, emails or text messages. Merchandise has slogans which are misspelled, and they will not refund your money nor help you out. Subpar quality at best and zero customer service!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! 2 weeks has gone by and still have not received my order. I have sent several emails asking about it and they send me back their "generic" shipping response! Definitely will never buy from again and will warn everyone.

Bad Customer Service

I ordered 3 shirts with different messages on each and on the back, received them after a 2 week delay and the print is on the front, I have contacted by phone and left a message, by email and by text, all they have done is offer me a 15% discount, I said i want them replaced as I ordered them and will send these back to them. Since last week they have gone silent, beware of ordering from them as they do not answer the phone and will leave you hanging, I will turn it over to the credit card company to handle it from here

Never again

I purchased 2 shirts from this company almost a month ago and they still haven't shipped my order. It says it ships 5 to 7 days and that's a lie. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Even today September 30th they still haven't given me any info for shipping.
UPDATE: On October 7th I finally received my order, but after reaching out to other people who commented about them I believe I only got my order thar soon was because I was blasting them on their social media accounts and DM's. Good luck if you order from them.

Purchase the cap "I miss the America I…

Purchased the cap "I miss the America I grew up in" for my husband. I was skeptical giving some of the negative reviews. Ordered Aug. 13, 2022 arrived today Aug. 29th. My husband could not be any more pleased. Great fix and great quality. They responded to an emai inquiry about estimated shipping date within 12 hours. Planning on ordering another as a backup. He's hard on his hats. Thank you Next Level.
