Amazing service and super friendly service

The products are beautiful. I love all the little bits sent in a lovely suitcase which can be reused as a memory box for babies :)

Absolutely shocking service! I ordered a pack of dummies on 13th August & still haven’t received them! I emailed them & they got back to me after 2 days which was great but they told me they would check the warehouse & let me know but they never did!!!! & that was on 24th August! I am still waiting! I will never order from this company again it’s such a shame as I love their bits!

The process of buying the try it box was easy to complete and the items in the box are of excellent quality.

Arrived yesterday was very surprised and happy with quality of items will definitely recommend

I ordered a "Try It" baby box after seeing a facebook advertisement. It did take a while for my parcel to reach me and was initially feared lost after having contacted the company almost 2 weeks after I placed the order (communication was very slow from them each time I emailed and they did not provide a tracking number).

The parcel did eventually turn up more than 2 weeks after I initially placed the order. The externally packaging of the try it box was very battered and not as pristine as I would have liked coming from a business that markets themselves as a higher end product, however the actual items within the try it box where excellent quality and all in their original packaging from the different brands (some still had price stickers on, although this proved the excellent deal the try it box is, it is probably not suitable if gifting the items for a baby shower).

Items received not of the variety in website pictures. Disappointed.

Had to contact them twice before I was told the product couldn’t be found in the warehouse (after a week!)

I was offered to have them sent out to me but I checked the website and both products were out of stock, so I doubt I’ll be receiving them!

I asked for a refund but not heard anything yet. Terrible service!

I purchased a Stellar Natural Wood Teething Toy expecting the teether to appear as the photo - smooth. I was quite excited to give this to my daughter but thought I should touch the rings before giving it to her. To my shock, the rings are rough, splinters could absolutely fall off. Unlike quality products from brands such as Lovevery, the wood here is coarse. This product is supposed to go inside the baby's mouth! Worse, I emailed Nibbling and had no response despite saying someone will respond in 2-3 days. I followed up again in a week, no response. This company and its product are beyond disappointing.

"Dear Serena. We have already sent you on last Monday a replacement plus a crown teether as an apology. The product was clearly faulty and never happened before. Apologies again."

I'm genuinely surprised as I purchased this on July 05, emailed Nibbling on July 08, followed up on July 15, called a few times with no response, posted my review here on July 24/25, heard back today July 28.

I appreciate the company acknowledging the product is faulty, however here are a few things that does not sit well with me as it's quite blatant that I only received a response after my review.

1) I did not know about the apparent replacement sent until I read the reply here on Trustpilot today. Nibbling chose to reply here first instead of responding to my initial email and my follow-up. Moreover, the explanation given in my email is "I forgot to keep you up to date." This process is not good enough.

2) The initial teether arrived to me within 2 days after purchasing. If a replacement was sent out on Monday, how come I did not receive anything today, Thursday evening? If it's an apology, surely the replacement should be sent at an equal, if not superior, class?

3) It's been 20 days since I first emailed in, I've purchased plenty of other trustworthy teethers by now. My request for a full refund was not responded to.

This company focuses much more energy on public image than actually sincerely wanting to help a customer.

My order took longer than expected to arrive, but the customer service were very kind. Beautiful products carefully packaged; good value for money

I ordered my first order which came no problem when I ordered again 21st June I had no delivery when they said it was sent, they said to let them know if I didn’t have the order by the next day (it didn’t arrive) I’ve sent countless emails and messages since and no reply. Disappointed as I was planning on buying a lot more from there but won’t be again.

Ive always bought my babies dummies from nibbling and bit had a problem but my latest order still hasnt arrived when i paid almost £5 for delivery & have had no response to an enquiry email sent a few days ago

I placed an order on the 28th June it didn't get processed until the 1st July , I chased again 5th July , finally come 7th July ! no response to any emails !

I wasn’t really sure what to expect from the gift set offer, but it was so lovely. Presented in a nice gift box and so much stuff of such good quality! I can’t wait to use it

Great products with such a lovely designs and attention to detail and the customer service it’s absolutely brilliant. Very carrier and quick response! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Wasent worth the money! Basic quality and not cheap!
Much prefer mam dummy’s are there cheaper and come with a box!
