Ordered and had a bit of trouble with adding a discount. Because of that they through an extra tub in for me and they got delivered the next day. Very quick service. They also have a wide range of stock so everything’s there for you to choose from

Worth the trouble!
So initially after my order (I got next day delivery), I was shocked to not have received anything the next day. However my troubles were soon removed when I got an email explaining they were out of stock and would refund my next day delivery cost. I was explained my options and was more than happy to wait as I understood it happens. My real surprise was when I received my snus today they through in an additonal puck of a snus I was interested in. Quality customer service and I am already looking at placing my next order!

Hi Laci, looking at the order, I can see that it was ordered a week ago and looks like the package is now being prepared for export. I believe Royal Mail strikes have not helped the shipment time and hopefully things go back to normal speeds soon.
We also offer an express service which speeds the whole process up quite a lot. Hope the package gets to you soon.
