Terrible. Avoid. Product quickly broke - the light started flashing in the middle of the night. When not going off without warning the light started to flicker. The final fault was that the charging from the USB only worked intermittently. The worst thing was that Customer Service demanded I send videos of the fault when I asked for a replacement. I gave up after email six and accepted 50% money back. Terrible experience.

It wasnt until I received the tracking information did I realise they were coming from China.
They did arrive but wrong size and there response was a size 7 is the same as size 6… not sure how that works.
Whilst trying to work out how to return these, the company answer is buy another pair for half the price and you can keep the size 7.

I ordered a speaker which arrived faulty. When I contacted them I had to to send the item back at my cost to china, despite the website advertising a London office and free returns for faulty items.
I am still waiting to be refunded back.

Ordered a gift as a present for a wedding, ordered in plenty of time. Item has not been delivered and all communication has been ignored by them. I am not left without a wedding present. Absolute con. DO NOT USE

Bought one facial cream but it never got delivered while it says delivered with some fake picture. Trying to reach them via phone and email but no luck, i need refund back but cant reach them. never ever use this site.

Bought a metal windmill from a UK website with a UK address, they literally sent me a piece of junk which rusted within a day of being put outside and I asked for my money back. They asked me to send back to China, I would happily send back to a UK address. Very unresponsive customer service. The promised a 50% refund which I grudgingly accept, but even that was not honoured. I am still waiting for my money back!

This company is a thief, when you send a product back they do not give you your money back!!!! Do not buy things from them.

This company is a total rip-off and they scam people of their money I ordered two pairs. They are certainly not what they claim to be Orthopaedic shoes.
They were cheap shoes something you would buy from shoe zone for £10 they were not padded or support shoes. The insole are very thin and not stuck in the shoes so when you walk they slide onto one side so your feet slides on to one side when you're walking very uncomfortable no support and your ankle starts to hurt you .

Amazon are a confirmed payment source for this supposed company. I also thought this was a legitimate company based in the UK. Then I received the tracking number which was unsecured and went nowhere but flagged up china. I haven’t received anything. I ordered a pair of orthopaedic shoes for my mom. Shame on these scum.

Email and phone not working so unable to return product. I would urge people not to use this company

They have one star testing because they are misleading buyers.

Placed an order from what I thought was a UK based company. Once they dispatched I could see the items were coming from China. Then I read here and did some digging around.
Contacted them about these finding and that I believed I was ordering from a UK company. They deflected. I challenged them asking them for both company and VAT numbers otherwise delivery would be refused. They constantly deflected so the delivery was refused and PayPal were contacted with all the findings. I’d warned them repeatedly this would happen if they didn’t answer the questions to my satisfaction.
The only good thing was that a few hours after contacting and raising with PayPal the full refund was received.

Buyer beware.
Also only use PayPal if you must buy from them - that said, I’d say find someone else to purchase from and do your homework before hitting the buy button.

This company is a TOTAL scam order and pay for goods and the items NEVER arrive.

Best Shoes For Plantar Fasciitis! These are great!! These are perfect for wearing all day. They are super comfortable, which is hard for me to find with my feet, so I really mean it. If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely appalling I placed an order for a pair of heated gloves in December and they arrived broken, I then returned them which cost me over £20 todo so and I still haven’t received my refund. It’s been over 5 months since I returned the item and they are now ignoring my emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
