Feel foolish having just read the trustpilot reviews. Spent £49 on a phone charger from what looked to be a London based company. It took 3 weeks to dispatch and then was in a used box when it arrived. Tried to contact them but emails bounced back and phone number didn’t work. Finally contacted via their contact page on the website and they said to return the item to China, which I did at huge expense. That was a month ago - no communication at all and will not answer messages.
AVOID - COMPLETE SCAM

Do not use this company. The toy is such poor quality. I returned it to China as they confirmed they’d refund the toy and postage and they now won’t accept the item. I’m out of pocket if a lot of money. Terrible terrible company.

Item took ages to arrived, when it did - it was wrong! i have emailed a couple of times now and had no response, contact number is invalid - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM

Using a mickey-mouse business address in UK when they're infact from China. If you're one of the lucky customers, you might actually eventually receive some sort of poor quality tatt rather than nothing at all. Either way nothing would probably be no worse than what you would receive. Best of luck trying to chase them up if like my missus you didn't trustpilot this company beforehand. Don't bother, you'll only stress yourself out. Lesson learned I hope though.

The heated gloves have batteries that do not charge up.
The telephone number of their website does not work.
They will not answer emails requesting a refund.
This company is a scam, please do not buy anything from them.
Tell your credit card company to chase them up as they have more power than decent honest customers to stop scams like this.

Appalling. I ordered a necklace for my friend, after 10 working days it still hadn’t even left China (when the website clearly states that it is a British company located in London).
After contacting customer service I had no help whatsoever and was told to wait for it then I can return it.
It’s now two weeks since I ordered and I can’t seem to get my money back or my item.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. Counterfeit products and an abhorrent customer service. Forcing customers to send products back to China which is extortionate to do. Dont give them the time of day. Keep your money!

Bought 3 pairs of trousers for size as chart was very misleading and returns seemed quite straightforward.
Lovely trousers, kept one pair, however, trying to return is a nightmare, no response to now sent 4 emails to different ‘help’ people and direct to customer services, no answer, tried to phone, number not recognised.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!
I bought the Smart Coaster Cup Warmer in December and it took forever to arrive!!!!
Once I received it, I tried to use it and IT DOES NOT EVEN WORK!
I emailed the the company and they asked me to send the product to CHINA!! On their website, they said the address was in the UK. It costs me like £26 to buy the product and to ship it to China will cost me like £17!

Avoid at all cost !!!! Trying to return a product, emailed them and they said I should post it to China. I said I won’t. I posted back where it came from which is Southall and they refuse to pay back my money !!! What a scam company

Scam company! Bought a Christmas gift for my Son which never came. No reply on email or phone. When someone did answer it was in a different language! Am reporting this company. Trading standards will be informed and the Police.

Awful lieing company, facemask does not fit, filter parts to do not fit mask, they pretend to be in London they are not, only a empty office and phoneine that directs yoy to china.
Do not buy anything from this company the product is not in London and will not work. Have reported them to fraud squad.

appalling costumer service. dont buy!! i was not satisfied with the material, and also the size, wanted to return they are ignoring my calls and emails.

Horrendous! Don’t use! Ordered a heated jacket £47.00 (since found on Amazon for £20.00) no battery pack. Contacted them to ask them to send one as I’d paid so much they said no. I said I’d return to their london address which is clear on their website but apparently it’s closed due to covid and I had to send to China. Also, they advertise despatch within 24hrs, the order was placed on 6th Dec it was received on the 21st after chasing them twice!
