Jad provides a truly valuable service, and he does it in a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. Hotel concierges cannot get you in the places Jad can. Highly recommended.

We wanted to experience the finest wagyu Tokyo had to offer, and Jad took us to Seiryuen — hands down the best we've ever had. He was warm and knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights into the culture and history behind wagyu that made the meal even more memorable. Great Time in Tokyo.

We booked Jad for a 2-day premium food tour, and it was an absolute blast. We had sushi, yakiniku, kaiseki, and more amazing food than I can remember!

Visiting Japan has been a dream of mine since I was a little kid and thanks to Jad (the person behind Nigiri Japan) and his expertise, in spring 2025 I finally got to make this dream come true. In order to help me experience the country to the fullest and check all the things in my bucket list, Jad took the time to extensively learn about what I wanted to do and see, my criteria and specificities as well as my more general tastes and hobbies to make sure I would get the best out of this trip. Getting help to organize a trip is one thing but I believe that Jad went far beyond that, from recommendations to help with booking to translation and even tour guide, he truly does it all ! His knowledge of Japan is honestly impressive and goes from niche pop culture to underrated traditional gems with the ease of someone who have been living there for years. I don’t know if I would have gotten nearly has much out of this trip without him. I really hope I will get to organize another vacation to Japan with Nigiri Japan’s help, thanks to Jad, all I got to do is turn off my brain and enjoy. Needless to say that I highly recommend his service !
