This site offers all sorts of customer service guarantees; shows nothing but five-star ratings and shows a nice looking product selection. The fact is they send you a cheap knock-off which is not even the same product, made of very cheap material, wrong print, wrong design, wrong shirt, etc. then offer no customer service, no return label, no refund. Stay far away for this group of criminals.

The hoodie jackets I ordered were nothing similar to what was ordered. The XXXL was more like a Large

I wished I red these reviews. Totally SCAM. They send totally different products in terms of quality, size or even completely different items. I bought 10 items and I am able to wear only 2 or 3, the rest is pure garbage. Stay away!!!

Afer over a month of waiting I got 2 wrong shirts in a bad quality and an ugly design. So I payed (+10€ shipping) nearly 100€ for just two hats. Never again!

All I need now is a refund to me made on my PayPal account.

Worst item straight to the bin

This company has not delivered the clothing I paid for. After many unanswered emails, and many attempts to use their online form, they have told me I have to contact the local post office! Nikiluwa is supposed to deliver to my address. I have received no notification from any courier, though their online track says the items cleared customs and were delivered to the courier. Nikiluwa cant' tell me who the courier is. They are scammers.

🤣😂😬besides no quality the printing was made by matrix printer from the 80's with empty reservoir of water based ink.
"the voyage" by sea(water) was the finishing touch.

I made my order on the 15th May 2022 and my items arrived on the 24th May 2022, so only 9 day for delivery. I wasn't expecting it to arrive at all after seeing what most of these reviews said.( maybe they've finally got their act together) I ordered 7 items and picked my sizes using the size range shown on the item page where, say if you pick M it says 30-34 waist or S it says 28-30 waist or something like that. For the most part this has worked, 2pairs of shorts only a little bit loose(fine with a belt) the rest are a good fit. Now for the quality, I was actually hoping that these would be of a light weight material as I've bought for a holiday abroad and wanted to be kept cool and have shorts I could walk around in all day and be able to go straight in the sea or pool. 2 out of my 7 items came slightly different to pictured, one pair of shorts I was expecting to be a light greeny grey but came a browny grey with a slightly different image printed on the leg should have been just an ace of spades but came with an ace of spades and jameson printed on them, the other pair I was expecting plain with nothing printed but came with jameson whisky logo on again not too bad.
Over all I'm quite happy.

They show a beautiful and expensive item and what they send is useless Chinese garbage. I made a purchase of three and threw them in the trash
When one complains, they act stupid saying that I explain the problem and send photos, then they offer a ridiculous discount and after many twists and turns, they offer us to return the product in the original packaging, with freight at our expense and the return of the money takes weeks. THIEVES !

Absolute scam.

Robots answer their emails, they claim they shipped your items but send many different tracking numbers when you ask. It's been over 4 months since my order, there is no way it is still shipping. Not one human has responded to my requests for a refund. I have already reported their company, somebody needs to shut this down.

Purchased a hooded sweatshirt, and some tee shirts.
They weren't anything like what was advertised. Quality very, very poor.

When i received my ordered the cargo shorts i threw right away in the trash , that’s a garbage! They wasted my $ 155 for 3 cargo shorts.

The ordered goods do not present the quality or type from the photos. Fraud. Don't order. Not worth it.

I recently bought about a $100 worth of T shirts and 2 shorts, only afterwards did I read the reviews. I really thought I was scammed. To my surprise about 1 month later my package arrived, exactly what I ordered.
I stay in South Africa. Thank you Nikiluwa I will definitely order from you again.
