Their customer service ic horrible because, I failed sending a message through their website and the Captiva was illegible but, had a phone conversation with a rude, scam artist trying to steal more of my money through various options he gave me to get a refund that failed. I canceled my order and now he said "there isn't any way for me to be refunded or get the product I ordered". I'm now letting my credit card company handle it through the fraud /dispute department.

Bought a jumper, absolute rubbish that was sent direct from China. Quality pathetic and sizings rubbish. Do not buy from this company, you have been warned!

DO NOT WATE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SHlTE!! Agree with all the reviews below. I bought some shorts - might as well have been made of coloured clingfilm and even though I used the size guide they just fell off me. I also ordered some ripped denim shorts - but the material was just some blue coloured muck - definitely not denim. I posted back for a refund on 30/07/20 and they are still not back at the depot so I still haven't received my money back. Customer Service were quick enough to come back to emails but seriously - just spend your money in shops and brands you know!

Total RIP OFF. Products not as advertised. Ordered xxx large large mans jacket .It would fit my 12 year old grandson. Also very poorly made.Took weeks for delivery. These people are obviously spending their money on their flashy website and not on the products. They must be laughing their socks of at suckers like me. Do not buy from them.

So disappointed in the quality, service and price. Charged me $9 delivery and $20 for the t shirt. When I contacted customer services they agreed on all my points, wrong size, poor material and no finishing around the neck, arms and at the bottom, so basically wash it and it would come apart. They told me to keep the t shirt and have a $9 voucher, I wanted a refund which would have been $20, which they then informed me I would have to pay $9 postal. The t shirt was of that poor quality it was actually see through. So disappointed with this company, I would recommend that you stay clear.

I wish i have read the bad customer reviews here on trustpilot before i ordered at nikiluwa! DO NOT ORDER FROM NIKILUWA. This is the worst online order experience i have had! Ofcourse its cheap Chinese quality (not cheap in pricing though) but that's not always a -dont buy!- But none of the goods i bought was ok: Extremely! blurry prints on it, wrong design, poor fabric, totally wrong size. Nothing like advertised on the great pictures they present. My return package was rejected and they won't refund me! they only offer a limited voucher of a third of the amount on invoice! Customer support is not working or handled by bots.
They keep asking for sending back the items. This case is handed over to my attorney at law.

This company is a trap, don’t buy on this website. They still my money, ask me twice to pay delivery charges as a package was stuck somewhere. Never get anything. Communication by email is absolute a joke like they pretend that they don’t understand and each time discussion start from scratch. DONT BUY!

Yep same thing happened to me. People we need to report this site to the FBI. They got hundreds from me! Go to USA dot gov and report it

I was going to buy some shorts!! But these reviews saved my wallet!! The negative reviews are pretty consistent and forthright. That's why I always do my research 1st!!

This company is absolutely crap. Please I am warning you not to purchase anything from these people. I purchase what was supposed to be 2 pair of shorts from this company and they sent me what looks like Grandmas Drapes cut into long pant shorts that come down to your ankles. I have been writing them back for over 30 days after they made me pay the shipping and handling. They are still telling me they have not received my return order. Tracking info says it was returned and they have it in their possession. Whenever you try to respond to them the message just comes back to you so you have to reboot their email in order to respond. The materials are crap and customer service takes 48+ hours to every respond email you send them. To add insult to injury, they sent me items that looked nothing like their Pinterest/website images and tried to bargain with by telling me that if I kept the items that working clearly not representative of what they are marketing they would give me 20% off of my next purchase. I have never dealt with anything like this. People DO NOT BY FROM THIS OVERSEAS COMPANY.

This company are con artists... do not trust! Product (a pair of shorts) completely different to picture and description. On top of This miss represented product, the quality was appalling. Customer service was useless, refusing to answer any questions about the product I purchased and continued to try and sell further items. If I could give negative star ratings I would.

I have literally sent 3 emails trying to return these poorly made shorts. I used the sizing chart to base what size would be best for me. I sent an email about returning the 1 pair out of the 3 that i ordered because I'm still waiting for the other 2. They keep telling me the other pairs will arrive... but they don't address my return issue. I'm disputing this with my bank if they don't comply.

The other reviews are spot on. Total crap. I think the company is located overseas. Do not give these people a credit card number.

do not buy, received my item almost 6 weeks of waiting, the quality was as cheap as the service. Shocking product, not even good enough to be used as a cleaning rag.

Still waiting for product. I know covid can be the cause. But received other things from Allyexpress ordered round the same time. Not responsive to emails.
