Wrong product sent. No refund.

My items have been delivered to a secure location so the tracking number says but I haven't received them. This is a tracking number that is not recognised by Royal Mail.
Nikiluwa want proof the item asnt been received by me, which is impossible.
I asked them to check for proof of delivery (as they sent the items) with no response from the customer support.
The costumer service is polite but useless.
Do not buy from this company .

Hands off. Just don't order there Goods not like in the photos. Return to China, despite entering the correct address not possible. Package came back. The purchase price has not yet been charged back. Nikiluwa writes that you should contact the bank. Barclay Bank writes that it should be clarified with Nikiluwa. Communication miserable. Credit card with Barclaycard also not recommended. Admittedly free of charge and without an international fee. However, a high interest rate (with the exception of previous credit top-ups by transferring your own money) and a complaint about a transaction not possible. All that remains is the way to the lawyer.

A 2 year old could maker nicer clothes than these people. Ive seen nicer stuff at a flea market. Unbelievable how bad the quality was. What a joke!! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing but a con, using other respectful companies photos and selling you complete shi#e,,don't ever go there

I made the mistake of not checking for reviews before ordering... BIG mistake, HUGE!

10-12 weeks delivery time instead of 2, minimum of 7 out of 13 items were completely wrong, colour/ size (L-> 2XL), total different item, defects, quality cheap, wrong fit, you name it!

I've kept 1 or 2 items that were 'alright/ acceptable', rest is donated to my friends and family or returned in the hope my money will return one day this lifetime...

NOT impressed!

Terrible
Ordered 4 items-belt,neck mask,jacket and Union Jack hoodie.
Eventually recieved belt,then separately recieved neck mask,then after approx 3 months jacket and wrong top turned up.
The top was white with luminose green blobs with ‘MONSTER” logo- nothing like I ordered.
There response was “keep it,and will give you an £11 coupon’.
i will pursue trying to get my money back,but after reading the other reviews am not hopeful.
I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this company.

WHAT A SCAM!!!!!

They take your order. Never ship. You cancel the order and they deduct 40% fee. Ordered 4 items for $108US. They credited me ONLY $69. Ordered 2 months ago and they NEVER respond to emails about your order.

They do not warehouse anything. They are just 2nd hand middle man SCAMMERS.

STAY AWAY!!

Got my order in Today and it was consistent with each comment that was left on this site folks . It’s Really True . The Quality is Really Horrible , and also I’ve waited over a month for the arrival. The jump suit was delivered but still waiting on the Jeans. Don’t do it folks . I wish I’d read this before I purchased. I want even let my 13 year old child wear this outfit . Guess I’ll Donate it to Goodwill..

This company is a rip off. Then you can't get a refund or send it back. Not what I ordered. Material and pictures are fake

I ordered things on about 100$ at 26.01.2021 and they delivered it at 11.02.22...the ordered clothes came straight from china. it's very low quality! it only simulates what was in the photos. Even the colors of these rags do not match. regrets spending $ 100 on such sh.it. I do not recommend Nikiluwa.com! F..k t..m!

This Company is a fraud do not order from them. I have been waiting 20 days and still no shipping information on my order nor shipping details. I contacted them and they said to be patient. After 20 days I have been more than patient. I have requested a refund at this point and reported them to the federal trade commission. Do not purchase anything from them.

I bought a pair of boots. It was not the quality product of your choice. I'll send it back now! I don't think the sweater, pants and jacket I already paid for will arrive. They don't reply to my email. Never again Nikiluwa !!!!!

I am hopfull my package will still come i know for a fact im going to look great in some styleish tops ☺

Ordered a distressed army jacket described as warm winter jacket . However when jacket arrived not the same jacket , different neck and no lining . Just simple cotton top . Certainly not worth the £60 price tag , I returned it

Ordered two tops:

The first one was far too small for a large size, really low quality material and the zip at the top cut my neck. Attempted to return but Nikiluwa CS only offered me an extremely low refund amount. Emailed again to ask for the full amount.

The second to arrive was completely the wrong top ordered!! Emailed requesting a full refund.

Wow...!

I wish I had read these reviews first and now I know I probably can kiss my money goodbye. I just received an email that my order has been delayed for some unknown reason. No my hopes of it being Decent quality shirt is very low.
