My 5th pair of Asanas
Today another Asana pant (black, widelegged) moved in with its 4 siblings already living in my wardrobe. Great fit, wonderful material, I cannot repeat it too often. By the way, also the perfect travel pant: always smooth, doesn't attract dirt, can be washed and dried in a day if necessary.

No delivery
I have ordered from Ninepine 3-4 times before and have been very satisfied with the trousers I have bought. Great quality and so comfortable and easy returns if the size doesn't fit.
This time however I am very disappointed with the delivery and customer support.
I ordered on the 5th of august to be sure to have my package on the 29th for a travel. Delivery was to be made with budbee but I received no message or anything else stating that the package was ready for pick up so it was sent back (again without any message or trying to contact me in any way.).
I emailed ninepine customer support on 21st august and received the information that the package had been returned due to me not picking it up. They were going to try to send it again, but again I reveived no information or tracking number. On 27th august I emailed ninepine again and let them know that there was no sign of any delivery on the budbee app.
They asked if I wanted my money back or the package and I answred that I want my clothes. I have in the 5 days since asking them to send the clothes again not received any confirmation from ninepine or any information about a delivery from budbee.
I understand that budbee is mostly at fault here, but seriously??? I have waited a month. My travel has come and gone and I still haven't received my clothes which I have paid for??? All I have received is some quite generic responses from ninepine and that they "Will contact budbee.". Couldn't they have said something when the package was returned? Sent a new package and not let the old one bounce back for a third time? Order delivery with another company? Get me at least a discount for waiting A MONTH?
Very disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic product
Absolutely fantastic product. One of few brands who are actually worth the money. I ordered almost all the bestsellers so far and am extremely happy with all the my purchases. The combination between comfort and style is truly unique to this brands. It’s my go to now for all t shirts and jeans, truly worth the money.

Customer Service was EXCELLENT, timely, professional and helpful.
I bought the Asana wide leg pant, loved it so much I ordered another pair, but when it came the fit wasn't the same. I reached out to CS and they responded so quickly. Turns out it was me - I ordered the wrong pant. They helped me with a return and a reorder quickly. So nice as I am leaving on a trip and I wanted both pairs. They cared, when so many companies today don't take care once they have your credit card. Will definitely be a return customer

Overall good, but greedy pricing
I can fully recommend the Asana line of pants, I use them a lot. What I am deducting a star for is the pricing of the Quarter-Zip Relaxed Sweater. I bought one for 560 DKK in 2023, and today it costs 999 DKK?! The price has almost doubled, seems a lot like a company overcharging people just to make money. The quality is ok but already at 560 DKK it felt a bit pricey for what you get. Stick to the pants, they're more worth it.

Coming back more than an year after I bought my first Asana trousers to just say: they’re still as good as new. And I still love them. Also, can we please take a moment to appreciate the bag they came in? I am using this zipper bag every week for my aqua-bike class to carry back the wet swimming suit and it is still in perfect condition! Reusable bag in its final form ;)

Good customer service
Easy to order, came relatively quickly. Looked nice when they arrived and as described. Unfortunately I’ve worn them a few times and washed them once, inside out and on a cool wash, and there already showing signs of bobbling. I wouldn’t expect this with any pair of trousers after one wash, but especially not one of this price point. It’s a shame, if they were durable they would have been a winner.
Edit: might have been a faulty batch as Ninepine reached out and sent me a replacement pair that are going strong! Great customer service.

Style, comfort and so versatile
I purchased two pairs of Ninepine Asana Relaxed Pants a few months ago and they have been amazing!
So comfortable and the fit is brilliant. I have often struggled to find trousers that are comfortable that don’t pull across the thighs. With Ninepine no issue!
I use them for so many occasions. Dress them up or down, so versatile and brilliant to travel in. If you’re on a long holiday, simply wash, hang and wear again!

Perfect size and style
I found out about Ninepine earlier this year and thought this might be my new favorite travelpants ... and it definitely is! The Asana Pants are just so comfortable, perfect size, good quality and they look sporty but also well dressed if you can't carry too many clothes! Service was also very good, I will definitely order some other pieces soon!
