Great Customer Service!!
I worked with both Miguel and Paul. Paul was my initial contact. He responded promptly and repeatedly with the various questions I had about making a custom embroidery patch. Miguel took over after the order was placed, and helped me through some mis steps I made. He also responded quickly. I am VERY impressed with the service so far, and I trust that my patches will be great thanks to the level of concern and detail I have encountered with these two gentlemen!

I ordered some patches I had a deadline for. It's wasn't a super tight deadline so wasn't sure i needed to pay the extra for expedited. I reached out to discuss this and Ronald helped me out. He was honest and didn't push me to pay to have it expedited when it didn't need to. He was also super quick to respond to my emails with him.
