Edin K was super friendly and got…

Edin K was super friendly and got straight to assisting me with my issues. Even though I ended up figuring the solution, Edin was busy checking logs etc to see if there was any reason why not and had plenty of helpful suggestions.

Great work!

I felt appreciated and felt that the questions I had were answered, understood and taking time in to really resolving it. Also felt that I'd have a way to continuing resolve it after the matter. So not left alone. Even the AI guided me well in the beginning. But the Customer Service was extremely well received and appreciated!

Support - they won't really read what you say and just close the ticket

We had a server that we had already decided not to continue with, and auto-renew was turned off. So it was quite a surprise when they charged us for another month anyway.

I contacted support and was told that, due to “high demand” (as always), someone would respond within a few hours. This was through their online chat system. About three hours later an agent logged in, waited roughly ten minutes, and then closed the ticket claiming there was no new information. They clearly hadn’t read the issue at all—just closed it.

I tried repeatedly to get a proper response, but each time they simply repeated that refunds are not available if more than 14 days have passed since the server was set up. That wasn’t the issue. The problem was that payment had been taken when auto-renew had been disabled.

When I finally did receive a reply, the tone was rude and dismissive. The whole experience made it clear that I would not use them again due to the lack of support and professionalism.

Update:
It’s concerning that less than 24 hours after raising the issue — and after this review — the details still appear to have been missed. Everything required to understand the problem is already in the ticket history.

At this point I’m not going to keep repeating the same information. The support provided so far has been sub-par and a complete waste of time.

Hopefully this is something you review internally, because the current process makes getting meaningful support unnecessarily difficult and the responses received so far have been lacklustre at best.

Auto-Renewal & Policy: Our system processes renewals based on the original order settings. Per our policy, refunds are available within the first 14 days of the original booking; however, extensions do not reset this window.

Support Response: To ensure every customer is assisted, our chat system automatically converts to an email ticket if the wait exceeds one hour. We aim for a 24-hour response time for all tickets.

Next Steps: We want to verify if a system error occurred with your auto-renew toggle. I have sent an official "Information Request" through Trustpilot to help us identify your account. Please provide your order details through that secure link so we can investigate the logs. If a technical error led to an incorrect charge, we will ensure it is resolved.

I use Nitrado to host game server for…

I use Nitrado to host game server for playing with friends. Service mostly works fine and server usually stable. They provide hosting for many multiplayer games like Minecraft, ARK, and DayZ which is useful for gamers.
But sometimes setup and settings little confusing for new users. Support helpful but response not always fast. Price also feel bit high compared to some other options. Overall experience okay, not bad but also not perfect.

Excellent support

Had a difficult time getting a server setup with an unstable version - the AI chatbot led me in circles + made me confirm 3 times I wanted to talk to a human but the human I did manage to get in touch with (Sergio) was an incredible support agent and quickly took care of my issue once I got through.

I purchased a server for the first time in a very long while, and had issues at every single possible turn. Fixit Felix, or whatever the bot's name is, was quite informative, which I was surprised by. The real kicker was the man that actually provided assistance to me, Sergio Sandoval. I would give a rating of one star because of the fact that my server failed to communicate with Steam from the get-go, and I wish to be honest about my satisfaction levels with that - which is to say not at all. Because of Sergio's assistance, and his understanding with my snappy behavior, I wish I could give this rating five stars. But, again, the whole 'honesty' thing. I don't know what the problem is, but it is a problem, and if my issue can help you guys fix it for others, I'm satisfied.
