What impressed me the most was his competent, calm, and solution-oriented approach. You can instantly tell that he has a lot of experience and truly values customer satisfaction.
The entire service experience was fast, reliable, and handled at the highest professional level. All of my questions were answered clearly, and I felt well taken care of throughout the whole interaction. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and helpful service nowadays.

We hosted a game server with Nitrado. The sever went down 3 days ago. Support was very unhelpful each time we contacted them. Today, during another attempt to contact them and resolve the issue, we discovered they had deleted all of our files. We promptly requested a refund and we were told we would receive $1.91.

Not one who normally gives reviews, but was so impressed with the speed and outcome of an issue I had I had to share it.
I rented a server last year and for real life issues couldn’t play it, the server went bye bye which I expected but I had carried on paying, after bringing this to the attention of the team at Nitrado, I got my server back plus 272 days added to the length for money I’d payed.
100% recommend renting a server off these guys.
Was having problems with server and location. Edin K. has been very helpful and accomodating. Really professional and helpful customer service!
If you're stuck in the restart loop with your DayZ server, hang in there! Nitrado’s support is clearly slammed right now. It took me six hours of queue and one bad run-in with Midway Discord mod to finally talk to a human. Once I did, though, the service was night and day. The agents was a total pro and stayed with me until the issue was fixed 15 hours later. Big thanks to the actual support staff they’re doing great work under pressure. Just stay away from the Discord if you’re already frustrated!
We bought a Windrose Server - a game that is in early access - so bugs for hosting things were expected.
Had huge trouble getting it to work BUT Nitrado Support was really diligent in their chats with me. Troubleshooting together for almost 2 hours until we fixed it, while being professional and polite all the way through.

Edin deserves a raise, or a promotion. Their support was top notch and I could not of asked for a more pleasant experience.
Made a headache of a situation that could've resulted in multiple chat agents and closed chats into a very fun journey of troubleshooting.
