Feedback well taken
The company considers the customer as 'King'. I expressed my dissatisfaction (in my review/ feedback) with my last transaction involving the replacement of some stuff. The management explained the logistics which made my request difficult for them to meet. We had a reasonable and forthright discussion. What can I do, as a returning customer than accept? The company had let me know that the packaged was damaged during it's journey and offered me a refund or a re-delivery with the item intact due to having insurance.
