GrCeramic heaterseat service with clear delivery…

Great service with clear delivery instructions.
Have found one problem here in Belgium that electricians block them installing unless they order their own materials so bear this in mind.For this reason installation delayed so can't really comment on product or performance just yet.

Hudson Reed NL; a highly reliable business process and products.

My order arrived from the UK within a week – excellent delivery! The products are of high quality. Contacting the Dutch customer service team by phone was smooth and all my questions were answered clearly. Items that had been mistakenly ordered were returned without any hassle. The refund was processed the next working day and promptly credited to my account. This reflects a highly reliable business process – from their choice of raw materials to the way they care for their customers.

I’ll be reordering the correct items from Hudson as soon as I return from my summer holiday. Much respect to the Hudson customer service team in the Netherlands for their professional and helpful attitude!

Bathroom

I would like to share my positive experience with Hudson Reed NL and grate customer service support so far!

First of all I made big mess with my order.
Every time I try to fix it I create only bigger mess 🫣🙈. Than I had a problem with applying my discount code etc. Amateur!
Ofcourse I had to rich out to CS for support.
I was amazed by the patience with me. Every thing has been solved very fast inclusive discount code. Some of the products has been out of stock when i placed my first order for those i received additional email with information about the availability and help to place new order.
From my understanding I create a lot of additional work for some people and i feel really sorry about that even tho I always received high quality support from CS.
Therefore I take a little bit of time to show my appreciation for their job.

Besides that I'm in love with all ordered products. Quality 👌🏽 👏 😍 Delivery time 👌🏽

Wonderful radiator & great Customer Service support

I ordered a relatively pricey black electric radiator and when I unpacked it I noticed some scratches on the display. The CS contacted me immediately and replaced the radiator with an upgraded version of the same model at no costs. Wow!

Great customer service

In sink we ordered arrived broken and after making a report Hudson Reed immediately shipped another one which arrived in time for our renovations. Very happy with the customer service

Missing technical and customer service

Overall, a sturdy device, but after two weeks, it is still unclear how to use it. This is also due to the very poor and unclear manual. The device also measures the room temperature incorrectly. And unfortunately, I receive no help from customer service. Not recommended!
