Disappointing
Ordered a 2 seater replica leather sofa, arrived damaged with a 1 inch scuff on the side that had taken the coating off the leather. I immediately contacted nlini with photos of the damage and asked for either a reduction in the cost or information on how to return the product for an undamaged replacement. They responded by saying they had assessed the damage and were sending me some leather cream (which never arrived btw)
After several emails with me complaining that this was inadequate, Nlini finally sent a report with a picture of an undamaged sofa in the factory, which they took as conclusive evidence that I had damaged the sofa either getting it into the house or unpacking it.
The only problem with this is that I didn't damage it, I was very careful both in getting it into the house (I had help) and unpacking it.
So basically I am left with a damaged sofa, and Nlini will not provide a replacement or offer any cost reduction. To me this is shocking customer service, hence the 1* rating.

I purchased 2 products from nlini, shell chair and the Sori Yanagi Syle Butterfly Stool.
Both were supposed to arrive within 10-12 weeks. They arrived 16 weeks later.
Be aware that if you place an order with them once you pay it is not possible to get a
refund or 10% discount even if they are 4 weeks overdue. I believe if they say 10-12 weeks on their website they should make sure they honor this time scale it is understandable if its delayed a few days or a week maybe even two but when it turns into weeks it starts to get ridiculous. It is their responsibility to choose a shipping company that will get the products to you on time if not at the very least they should give you a reduction .
Comparison to original.
Once the items arrived you will quickly notice that the attention to detail is nowhere near that of the original . Quote directly from Nlini Wesite." This means that we are manufacturing our furniture exactly as the originals. " This is most certainly not the case.
When i asked them to provide me with the an image of what they have based their furniture on they could not provide it .
At best its "a more or less as the same" Not exactly.

Very good quality and responsive customer service
I have done my fair share of shopping for replicas and Nlini is without a doubt where my best experiences has been. I will explain why:
1: Customer service respond via e-mail pretty fast (most of the time within the same day) - I have had several questions prior to my order and also asked a few times about the delivery time after my orders were paid for. Other companies hardly respond to you after you have placed your order.
2: Yes, the price might be a little higher, but the quality is also far better than any other that I have seen (I have previously bought from 3 other companies). I have no doubt that you get what you pay for and Nlini live up to their promise of high quality!
3: While the delivery time can be more than the 10-12 weeks, Nlini actually informs you of any delays - even if it is just 1 week late. Other companies do not even bother telling you that your order is late even if you are talking about 6-10 weeks delays!! I have come to understand that delays do sometimes happen with ordering replicas, however Nlini is good at keeping you informed about the delivery time.
Overall, Nlini is the most honest of the replica companies I have used and I can only recommend them. I will certainly return to them again when needed.

we have bought a flagline chair and an eames coffee table and we are very happy with the look and the quality of the products! We can't spot any difference to the original pieces.
After we ordered we recieved notice that the delivery time would be 5-6 rather than the 10-12weeks announced on the webpage and the delivery came on time after 6 weeks.
Also the customer service has been very helpful. We had a problem with two items of the delivery getting lost/ delayed on the way, but they helped to sort everything out quickly.

2 years ago, I bought the Flagline chair from Nlini - the most amazing piece of furniture I have ever had in my home!
However, I was unlucky and broke one of the feet while moving houses (the little black thing on the bottom of the feet). No questions asked from Nlini's side and they instantly sent me a new black foot - arrived within a week.

I was on the lookout for a supplier of a complete re-decoration of my house. When having to spend so much money on furniture, you want to make sure that you place your order with a trustworthy company, and a combination of having the best Trustpilot reviews as well as extremely good customer service made me choose Nlini for this purpose.
I do not normally bother writing reviews, but after my purchase with Nlini, I believe that they deserve a review for their effort.
When I first contacted Nlini, I had some questions regarding some of the products and services provided by them as a company. All questions were answered the same day and some specifics such as measurements of products etc. was answered the following day. I cannot complain about this level of service - by contacting other replica companies, I hardly got a first reply from either of them before Nlini already had answered all my questions.
So I decided to place a rather large order with Nlini, and they allowed me to only pay 50% upfront, which I was rather happy with considering the size of the order. I was told the delivery time was 10-12 weeks, which also suited my schedule.
After about 3 weeks, I decided to add a few products and contacted Nlini again in hopes that it could be delivered together with what I had already ordered, though I did not expect it to be possible. Again, their customer service was quick and efficient and they added the products to my order as well as updating me regarding the delivery time.
About 4 weeks prior to the delivery, I was contacted by Nlini who just wanted to update me regarding the delivery time - unfortunately, there was 1 week delay, but at least they let me know (again this just shows how good their customer service is)!! This I was rather impressed with as it left me in the know of when the order would actually arrive. I then paid the remaining 50% of the order and received an e-mail regarding the delivery of my order as this was now in stock. 8 days after the delivery came.
Packaging: All packaging was done very well. Several of the items (fragile items mainly) was in wooden crates, there was both plastic, and thick cardboard protecting the items. Out of the total of 109 boxes delivered to my door, there was not one single one of them, which was badly packed or had taken any damage during transport. That to me is a very pleasant surprise.
Quality: The quality of the products is so amazing, that it cannot be described. Everything from sofa, chairs, lamps, tables - it is all so very beautiful and I cannot believe that these products are actually replicas!
Service: Could I give Nlini 6 stars for the customer service I would. I had an issue with one of the lamps, but within days they send me a new part for the lamp and this did the trick. I am so impressed with the level of service from their side!
Overall, if you are looking for replica products, then look no further. Nlini is a serious and trustworthy company who without a doubt deserves 5 stars from me. I am very pleased with my purchase and I will recommend Nlini to anyone I know.
