I have recently ordered the PH Artichoke lamp. It arrived well packed and protected (in a wooden crate!!), and it was absolutely beautiful.

Without a doubt not the last time I have bought products from Nlini and have already recommended Nlini to friends and family.

I have purchased lovely furniture from Nlini 3 times now, and thought I best make a review.

Every time I write Nlini, I get a fast response and the customer service is truly amazing. I have been updated 3-4 weeks prior to delivery and was kept informed of any changes to the delivery time. The products are in outstanding quality and I love the fact that they cost me so much less than the originals would have. I have already told everyone I know about Nlini and I am already considering making another order.

I have had experiences with 2 other replica companies - none of which lived up to my expectations. However, in my last effort of purchasing high quality replicas I turned to Nlini - and they have not failed.

The customer service is absolutely amazing - quick, polite and elaborated answers which makes it a joy to do business with them!

Regarding the quality, then I am just as impressed - I cannot tell the difference from original to Nlini's replica. All the materials are of very high standard and you can easily tell that this is a very serious company who actually lives up to what it says on their website!

All in all, I have already recommended Nlini to friends and family and I will without a doubt purchase more products from them as soon as the bank account will allow me to do so!

I have been unsure about the rating. If I should give 2 stars to honor that the customer service is very good and effect or just one star to make the point. I decided on one star to highlight that the quality of the delivered chairs are low, very low.
I originally ordered 6 Wegner C20 chairs. After 12 weeks the chairs arrived. 5 out of 6 chars were damaged. The back were simple broken. Nlini suggested that this was due to the shipment and promised that I would get replacement chairs. I did not believe that that damages were due to handeling alone, but waited another 12 weeks and got the next shipment. Again I could find that 2 out of 5 were damaged. I got money back from the 2 chairs so thant was ok.
The problem is not handeling during shipment; there was nothing to see on the boxes. The problem is that the quality is low, that the producer of the chairs do not master the necessary skils to put together the chairs and that the quality control is non-exisiting.
Looking at the chairs that were not broken and comparing them with the originals it is easy to see the difference and how the replicas differ with respect to the quaility of the materials and the craftmanship.
I don't know if these chairs are difficult to make and if the producer is not good enough, but it is the responsibility of Nlini to ensure that the quality is as high as promised. From the pictures you cannot see the differences in quality compared to the original and you will not be able to return the purchase, unless it was "in stock".
On the positive side I got a small lamp as compensation for the problems. It functions fine.

I am impressed with the high level of customer service provided by Nlini. Fast, polite replies and so very helpful. I have purchased goods from Nlini 3 times over the past 1½ years and it is not the last time either! Thank you for all your help :)

We received our beautiful Isamu Nogushi replica coffee table yesterday. Perhaps an expert will be able to see that it is a replica – but we cannot. There are no mistakes/errors – neither regarding production or delivery. We have received polite, friendly and elaborated information throughout the entire process. Nlini has found a future customer in us – as well as a worthy ambassador.

I was concerned when I saw Nlini had a delivery time on 10-12 weeks on the swan chair, but after receiving the chairs (11 weeks after I ordered them), I can only say that they were worth the wait. The quality is high, leather is gorgeous, the sewing is done nicely (it is hand sown as expected), the chair looks like the original chair and it is comfortable to sit in. We are very satisfied and will use Nlini again. Would recommend to others.

From my first contact with advanced questions about how the products were manufactured (especially with regards to the wishbone chair / Y chair as we used to have the orginals), to our order being delivered, Nlini customer service as been polite, effective, helpful and very fast with every responds. While the promised delivery time was 10-12 weeks, we had our wishbone/Y chairs, Egg Chair, Wegner Dining table and Flagline chair 9 weeks after ordering. All products were delivered well packed and in such good quality that I cannot tell the difference from the originals - and love the comments from friends and family.

I have already ordered some lamps to go with our dining table and would recommend anyone interested in high quality replica furniture to consider buying from Nlini. Without a doubt a pleasent experience.

I recently bought an Arne Jacobsen table lamp from Nlini. First of all, the item was of such good quality; second of all I received exceptionally quick service.

I had had a bad experience buying the lamp from another company, who send me an ugly copy. The same day I contactet Nlini, who responded to my request right away.
In the end I got a better product and a perfekt service = win win!

Fine reproduction quality "Flaglinestol" with beautiful skin pillow. Delivered in good condition and on time.
Skin Work on OXE is fine - but you can see a slight difference if you turn the chair upside down - only because I checked the details ..
There is absolutely no difference between AJ lamps - they are nice.
The delivery has been quite as agreed even with short deadline ..
So all in all a great experience shopping with Nlini.

Hi! You have to be patient before you receive your piece of furniture. It can take up to 4 months. But when you finally get it - you get very happy!! The quality is simply fantastic! And the whole time- we have got a very good contact with Nlini. Always a quick answer, when we have contacted them! Long wait, but that was expected. And delivery on time. All questions answered promptly and in a nice and friendly way. Also helpful when i changed address when delivery was on its way. Furniture fantastic!

After having waited from November till February after ordering a Poul Henningsen PH 3/5 lamp (due to a non stock situation), I was thrilled to recieve the lamp. I quickly learned that it was nothing to be thrilled about.

The lamp is produced with the cheepest kind of material, and the different components have clearly not been put together to a test lamp before the factory have mass produced the product. There are plenty of manufacturing errors! Everything is completely wrong, the pieces hardly fit together, and the making is full of mistakes not even a first year ingeneering student would make. The result - a worthless lamp, almost impossible to put the different parts togehter, and the finished product not hanging straight.

There is no way I will let this lamp hang from my ceiling. It is so obviously wrong.

A huge disappointment!

Hopefully custumer service will call me (please!) to sort this mess out.

After being contacted by customer service immediately after they got my feedback, I have upgraded my one star to two stars. If the whole process of returning the product goes smoothly, I will give another one. But for now - one star for great customer service, so far.

Bought an Orange Slice chair from Nlini. Expected delivery lead time 10-12 weeks. It turned out to be only 9 weeks! Solid, professional packing, very sturdy. Chair is beautiful, I'm very happy with it.
I think I was just in time, because prices have gone up now. Placed my order in November 2011. If I would place the exact same order now, the total price would be approximately EUR 72 higher (product price as well as freight charges have gone up).
