The hosting service and dashboard were easy to use and the server itself ran smooth. I actually ended up not needing Nodecraft’s hosting service at the moment as I solved the issues I was having before with playing modded Terraria with my friends, and I requested a refund which they very quickly accepted. Great servers and customer service.

Cameron was quick to help me out and support me even though i was super nervous. Solved all my problems quick and easy! I appreciate everything they did :D

The customer service has so far been fantastic. I think you can charge more for the setups and mention additional support for adjustments. It was super helpful.

I regularly mess up with adding new mods and such, but they never get annoyed with me. Always help and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend Nodecraft enough to anyone looking to set up their own servers.

The customer service is unmatched. Better than anywhere else for anything else. They're always willing to go out of their way and even suggest alternate ways that would overall benefit your experience and basically walk you through it so precisely.
