The prices have almost doubled!
I have used NOIP's service for more than 10 years and with a few exceptions everything was mostly satisfactory. The prices were always relatively high, but the service was usually okay. But the latest increase is simply outrageous and brazen. Without notice the prices were almost doubled and then without asking! drawn in automatically!
This is also incomprehensible, as the costs in this area have become cheaper. Other providers with comparable offerings sometimes cost less than 1/10th of Noip's service prices.
This is no longer a reliable partner.
Time to say goodbye
Prices went from $25 to $60 per year
Prices went from $25 to $60 per year, without notice.
It's time to leave NO-IP here at the end of the period.
No-IP is the best.
Raised a ticket got a reply within the hour issue resolved.
Great support and fantastic Customer Service.
I highly recommend No-IP
quick and functional answer to a doubt…
quick and functional answer to a doubt I had about using their services: quite good for a free service!
Its a good service
Its a good service, i am not a bot, reason i just said is because i cant think of anything to type
noip stripped my 3 free domains
noip stripped my 3 free domains, claiming that the hostnames went 30 days without renewal. This is a lie. I immediately renew my ddns domains the moment I get the emails from noip. noip is now holding my ddns hostnames for a $4 payment. Get bent, noip.

The prices went up
The prices went up now 1,99 for one hostname, before of that it was 25 for the same price, shame of NoIp!

Disastrously bad handling of a false content report
I ran a game server using No-IP's service as DDNS. An upset member of the group submitted a false "copyrighted/malicious content" report and my account was closed. As I was concerned that I've been framed for distributing malware or other potentially illegal actions, I emailed them to explain my situation. But there was no further response after an exchange that amounted to, "Go away, we won't help you"—what a joke!
Edit: After contacting them again, the case has been reopened. I'll update this review if their investigation reaches an accurate conclusion.

Trying to get support over 2 days now…
Trying to get support over 2 days now to no avail. Note their website claims 24 hour response. Subscribed to 100 user email server and the service isn't working. Cannot get support to fix the issue nor a refund. Sorry I didn't consult Trustpilot before signing up and signing up for domains with them. Now even if I get a refund I cannot transfer for 60 days. That sucks. I'm so sorry I didn't consult Trustpilot before, otherwise I'd have passed them by, but have other services to buy so now I know. They even took my money for a domain which I didn't get and now I'm also trying to get that refunded also. The only improvement I see that company can do is to improve their responsiveness to support issues.
Noip resolved my issues and I'm now satisfied

Not the best in communication
Ok the communication is not great but they did reply in 24 hours…. Not sure about the refund yet not showing in the bank… but the website is a bit confusing that why I paid twice for the same service….. so my experience wasn’t great at first but let’s see if they do what they say they’ll going to do…..

Different understanding of what a promotional email is
I terminated my account because of our different understanding, what a promotional email is. Apparently a call to join their referral program isn't some sort of promotion but 'considered a critical account notice'.
Excellent service.
I have 3 ddns names for more than 4 years with a free account and I have never had any problems.
Working for a non-profit association
Working for a non-profit association, helping adults and children with sports, tried their service with a fixed ip address, when COVID-19 was at its worst, so we could work from home, apparently I failed to cancel the subscription, so the money has dragged on for three years now.
NOIP no longer answer phone and no support.
They no longer answer or return support calls. I have the premium package for priority support. They have not answered the phone or called me back for over a week. What gives? I have called, called, and called again, left my name - number - email, NOTHING FROM THEM.
Great company
Great company, reliable service and technical support answered after only 2 minutes on hold. A+
I switched from DYN by Oracle because they are 4x more expensive and are discontinuing their dynamic dns service on May 31, 2023.
Scam site
Scam site. They change my status to "redemption" and ask for money to unlock it rven I registered every 30 days as required. Avoid this.
Reply update: Reply is lie too. I DID registered every 30 day and still they lock my account and asked for money. I found many people with same experience with no-ip so this didn't happened by mistake. Very disappointing malicious behaviour.

Great service for 5 years and counting
Hey @no-ip, your service can do with a 'troubleshooting help' link near your front page.
I've been using this service for about 5 years now and had *zero* downtime. This company just gets me what I need: some free subdomain with a dns record that's easy and cheap to automatically update
I've noticed a lot of negative reviews, and I've had several peers get upset (and blame no-ip) when they couldn't figure out why they couldn't get their things running as expected. Unfortunately, their disappointment was often misplaced.
Perhaps no-ip could put some 'general instructions for port forwarding' or something for more novice users?
Overall, I love this service
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Horrible configuration instructions. Aloof attitude.
They never stop sending their stupid…
They never stop sending their stupid mails.. i told them to stop, but they give a fck about it. Service was as expected, but their mails are so annoying.. fckyrslf..
Good
I have been using the Dynamic DNS for many years and i have never had a problem. It works with many ISP provided routers. If you need a DDNS, i would use this company
