I wish
• Nomorobo worked - there is no slow down in the number of spam calls
• had a way to show me the numbers I requested to be blocked
• had a way to show me the actual time and numbers blocked on my behalf

I don't understand why it's still likely that I get SPAM calls, but I'm missing calls from people on my contact lists. This is a useless, frustrating app!

I recently spent hours enabling my phone with support help from Frontier. The first call was screened and then nomorobo hung up before my answering machine engaged. The recording says"goodby" or something like that. I sent an email to nomorobo and was directed to disable it. Gee thanks for nothing. I send another email with a suggestion for improvement, no response. I disabled it.

Observation:
Google your own phone # to note if/when NOMOROBO may have issued either a WARNING RE: your phone #; and/or, made up a QUOTE you supposedly made about their service on a specific date. These possibilities were/are real & we have NEVER BEEN A NOMOROBO CUSTOMER.

Unfortunately, nomorobo does not appear to block numbers, even though I "Report a number" several times on the website. If they could block reported numbers, it would be nice if users could see what numbers are "blocked", so they could have some assurance they are not just wasting time.
In case you don't know, spammers "spoof" the caller id on your phone. I'm afraid the only real option is to turn the phone ringer off and let callers leave a message.

Garbage service that literally does nothing to stop robocalls. I reported 10 numbers a week that got through manually, no response other than "keep reporting" and they still never improved a thing. Blocking the area codes the scammers keep spoofing from was much more effective than these bozos could be in a hundred years. Not perfect, but at least there's a difference at all.

Not much to say except Nomorobo doesn’t work! Didn’t block a single call. Reported an issue to support, followed up with an email letting them know it was sent as requested and after two weeks they tell me they never Received it. Waist of money, waist of time.

Works great on my landline. I have used this service for several years now. I still get a few spam calls but a lot less than before I started using this service.

Someone found my number online and NOMOROBO published it all over the web. My number is used for spoof clls and a lot more. I get called 6 or7 times by scammers. They call breath and hang up.

After more than a year diligently logging all robocalls into Nomorobo "report a number" registry it appears as Nanorobo does not work at all.

Sadly, I have to agree with those who say the calls remain the same or actually increase in number. So far, they have not blocked a single call. When I do a *69, they are all spoofed numbers starting with my area code. Most are nonexistent numbers which I have determined by consulting Free People Search. Neither does Verizon's in-house system decrease the number of calls. I have gone back to silencing my ringer and waiting for recorded messages, which the scammers never leave.

ONE STAR IS WAY TO MANY STARS FOR YOUR CRAP. I STILL GET SCAM/SPAM CALLS THAT DONT LEAVE A MESSAGE. NOT REALLY WORTH THE $2.11 YOU CHARGE. ALSO IVE GOTTEN VOICEMAIL FROM BLOCKED NUMBERS.

I am not receiving calls from my doctors or friends-this sucks-now I can't get rid of this since I have download it-more of a headache then it is doing any good

Nomorobo is as USELESS as FTC Do Not Call Registry!

Sadly, despite using Nomorobo, their program can only block few numbers (which means peace & quiet, but only a few months). After that, somehow, somewhat the Scammer Criminals still find their way to do illegal telemarketing phone calls again with using a MILLION OTHER DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS!!! It's too much that even Nomorobo CANNOT keep up with the blocking!!!

No Offense, but Nomorobo does NOT help at all in regards to protecting you from the out of control Robocalls.

Norobo Max is poorly for the following reason:
1. Blocked SMS code verification messages
2. No technical support
3. not providing any instructions on how to uninstall the software
4. Everything they offer you can do on your own: silence and block unknown callers,

I found out about NOMOROBO through AT&T years ago and have used it ever since. I rarely get telemarketer calls now. Used to get a ton of them. NOMOROBO (free landline) has worked great for me!

I just want to make sure everybody knows what they're talking about this app will absolutely not block ringless voicemails it will block robocalls that appear on your phone and you can block and add to spam anyway for free but those annoying calls you get that don't ring and leave you a voicemail it will not work for that don't get suckered in

Have connected ON Nomorobo several times and THE COX system says "you are connected" - no more robo calls! - but they keep coming so I go into the cox website and find it shows I am NOT CONNECTED.

However, there is a problem for the last month or more and Cox is trying to figure out what is their problem. At one time I was told to contact Nomorobo direct - but they told me it was a Cox issue. COX TOLD ME TWICE THEY STILL WORKING ON THIS ISSUE AND SAY TO TRY AGAIN IN A WEEK OR TWO.

I’ve been using it for years. I just disabled it to test today life without it and try the T-Mobile free app. Within 30 minutes I reinstalled Nomorobo. It’s a great product!
