Their subscription scheme seems like a scam .. they charge you monthly for subscription saying it would give free delivery on all orders but there is a minimum order amount 30 aed to avail this free delivery. Plus there is service fee additionally ... also the menu prices are hiked up already from the original restaurant menu... this is an absolute scam.

Today 5 November 2025 he is working in noon he came for delivery food and he came direct in house we told for him don't do next time he doesn't want to listen he asked again he order delivery guy told me come to inside but when delivery guy came with delivery who ordered food his wasn't at home that delivery guy came directly inside and he closed door very high voice after situation he wanted fight with me before taking delivery guy just give the lesson how to speak with customer I have tiktok and Instagram I put this situation everywhere because he didn't asked sorry It was happened around 19:45 pm Barsha Valley building R floor tomorrow send please another guy who knows how to speak with customer politely very very bad noon delivery guys

Having used Noon only few times against Amazon for many years, Noon is incompetent and have yet to understand how to operate effectively, fix the Appvissues, and improve customers service. Unlike Amazon whom I have used for a decade without a single complaint as they excel in the art of Customer Service during issues.
Bottom line, never Noon again.

Noon food is a way of robbing ur money. Once i ordered i cancelled to change the address. They took my money and refused to refund or give me the food. Inspite of the fact they mentioned they cant refund becausw the restaurant started in preparing the food. Then i said i will take the food instead. They said oh the restaurant didnt prepare the food!!! We have policy to give u only 25% back. I advice all to take care. Hunger statiom is the best

Ordered food for my daughter, it didn’t not get delivered, I was told driver tried to call me but couldn’t get hold of me
1. I did not receive any missed calls
2. Why you try to call anyone on what’s app knowing it doesn’t work here
3. Why the driver didn’t message me(careem driver did and delivered the food at the same time)
The after wasting hours with your customers service, with under whelming experience, I was told that 50 aed will be credited to my account.
Again waited for 3-4 days no sign of credit.

I placed an order for Diwali apparel, with the platform explicitly guaranteeing delivery by 19th October 2025. The status was promptly marked as "dispatched," creating a firm expectation. The promised date passed without delivery.
The customer service ordeal that followed was appalling. The platform's deliberate lack of a accessible contact number is a primary customer service failure. Upon finally reaching an agent, I was met with blunt, unapologetic dismissals. The justification from a supervisor—citing "marketplace delays"—was an operational excuse, not a solution. It failed to address the core issue: why was a commitment made that the logistics framework could not honor?
The representatives demonstrated zero capacity for problem-solving or service recovery. The only "solution" offered was for me to cancel my order, which I was forced to do. This logistical collapse forced a last-minute, futile scramble for (substitute goods) in physical stores, directly ruining my festive plans.
The most telling failure was the complete absence of any proactive effort to retain a wronged customer. No remedies were offered; no follow-up was conducted.
From a strategic perspective, this indicates a critical misalignment between promises and execution. A marketplace that cannot manage its core fulfillment promise cannot compete with industry leaders. The fact that direct-to-consumer platforms from China often provide more reliable service is a damning indictment of Noon's current operational maturity.
This experience has irrevocably shattered my trust. I have made a permanent decision to take my business to competitors who demonstrate basic competency in logistics and respect for their customers. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Noon Marketplace.

Out of no choice I had to put 1 star althou the service of noon is zero...the delivery drivers are so arrogant and demand for tips...
My delivery rider insisted that I pay him aed 10 as tips only then he would come with our delivery...i wpuld never recommend using noon..its useless

Please take very great care of auto renewal of subscriptions. There is no advance notice that money is being taken so if you get caught there is no refund allowed. I left 6 months ago and forgot auto renewal

The order was placed at 2:10pm, it is 3:09pm and I still did not get my order. Customer service agent called to say they are retrieving the items from the wrong door where it was delivered. SHAME!

I pay Noon every month as a VIP member for “premium service,” but what I get is the complete opposite — delays, confusion, and careless riders.
Recently, I ordered from Noon Food early in the morning. I tracked the rider through the app — he was halfway to my location in Muteena, then suddenly the rider was changed. The new one came from Bur Dubai, delaying the delivery by more than an hour. The food that was supposed to arrive at 8:30 AM hadn’t reached even by 9:30.
When I contacted customer service, all I got were copy-paste robotic replies from someone who didn’t understand what I was saying. After several messages, a “concerned department” called — another scripted apology and a promise to cancel the order and refund me within five days. I agreed.
But just 20 minutes later, I got a call from the driver saying he was outside my house! When I told him it was canceled, he was completely unaware. Later, the app showed no refund, no confirmation, nothing. This level of miscommunication is shocking.
And this isn’t my only bad experience. Another time, I ordered from Noon Minutes, and their rider did something unbelievable. Instead of confirming my name, he handed my order to a random Pakistani man nearby asking, “Is this your order?” The man said yes and took it! I saw on the app that the driver had “arrived,” but he never came to my villa. When I called, he didn’t understand a word of English. Later, that same man — who’s actually known in my area for stealing — brought me my order saying, “I thought it was mine.”
So yes, I’m a paying VIP Noon member, but this is the kind of “service” I get — careless riders, scripted apologies, zero accountability, and no follow-up.
Noon seriously needs to train their staff properly, verify their riders, and fix their entire delivery process. I’ve completely lost trust in their service. For a company of this size, the way they treat paying customers is an absolute embarrassment.
I’m very disappointed with the service from Noon Food. I ordered ice cream from Baskin Robbins Al Warqa, but I received the wrong order. I immediately took a photo and raised a complaint through the app, but no one responded or provided any clear instructions regarding a refund or replacement.
This is not the first time I’ve faced such an issue. It’s really frustrating and unprofessional for a platform like Noon to ignore customer complaints and provide such poor follow-up. I hope they improve their customer service and take accountability for partner store mistakes.
