Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Overly formalistic requirements to try and deter you from submitting your RMA request. Wanted me to move a signature 1cm on a piece of paper.

UPDATE:

The information provided by the seller is simply incorrect.

The product (graphics card) was purchased directly from Notebookbilliger.de. I can document this. They rejected the RMA claim and asked me to provide a form, where the original (private) buyer of the card hands over the warranty rights for me. I provided them with this form, whereafter they accused me of forging the form and the original buyers signature. After i protested against this, they rejected the claim on the basis that they want the original buyers signature moved 1 cm lower on the piece of paper. I can document this via e-mail correspondance.

These people do not honour their responsability as sellers and will do anything to stand by the products they sell.

UPDATE 2:

Notebookbilliger.de are now claiming, that they can only process claims that are shipped and returned from Germany, even if the form is filled out correctly. This is in CLEAR violation of EU consumer law.

However, please note that we can only process a complaint if our contractual partner contacts us. This is not the case as you purchased the item from another retailer. This means that it is your contact for any claims, not us.

Edit: the invoice you provided us with does not correspond to the invoice we issued and has been manipulated. We therefore ask you to contact your seller in the meantime for any claims.

Sold a used laptop as new

I bought a new laptop, but they send me a clearly used laptop - the box and wrapping showed signs of being opened before, the powercord was unwrapped in the box and the bag for the power cord laying empty inside the box and the laptop had fingermarks and scratches on the lid.
I contacted the shop but they claim the laptop is new and unused and refuses to replace it.

What a lousy seller...

What a lousy seller.... Ordered an item, paid for it but after a few excuses/lies they told me they could not deliver my item. Well done!

Not recommend this store!!

Not recommend this store!!! I lost many hours when I was talking with support. They can't send order in other country always re askig some tax number... First time in my life internet store need tax number for ordering...
Time wasted, not recommend!!

No customer service, cancel orders on whim

Tried to purchase twice. First they sent confirmation and everything, then canceled the order without sending any notification. When asking about it they first claimed “problem with payment” but when pressed revealed that they just oversold and canceled without telling me.

Another order, days of waiting, then saying “our system can’t handle orders with VAT IDs from other countries” and when trying to sort it out they again just canceled the order without any notice.

Definitely not a place to use if you actually want to get the things you order. They might reserve your money for two weeks while they don’t contact you about any issues and then just cancel orders because they don’t feel like providing.

So don’t be fooled by low prices.

Will never buy here again!

Will never buy here again! Orders will be just canceled without any notification at all. And for a defective device they just gave me half of my money back even though I still had warranty on it, after only 6 Months!

Wasted time

Their website was showing that items will be available in 2-4 days.
After 9 days status of my order didn't change. Still "preparing" my order. I'm not gonna trust this shop anymore.

And that's not all.

Their FAQ says that I'm able to cancel my order anytime if order was not sended. Yeah, right. There is no button or link in my order to do it.

Other thing. In mobile version of their website you are unable to see your orders.
You can visit your account.... but you can't see things that you are able to see in desktop version of website. Seriously, who designed that crap?
